| در این تحقیق برگهای جوان گونه‌ای اکالیپتوس با نام علمی Eucalyptus largiflorens در فصل بهار از شهرستان کاشان در استان اصفهان (نواحی مرکزی ایران) جمع‌آوری شد. برگهای جمع‌آوری شده تحت پنج تیمار مختلف شامل آون Cº30، آون Cº40، آون Cº50، آفتاب و سایه خشک شدند. پس از خشک کردن برگها، با استفاده از روش تقطیر با آب، اسانس آنها در مدت دو ساعت استخراج شد و به‌وسیله دستگاههای کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی متصل به طیف‌سنج جرمی (GC/MS) مورد تجزیه و شناسایی قرار گرفت. بازده اسانس این گونه در تیمار خشک شده در آون Cº50 (59/1%) به‌ترتیب بیش از آون Cº40 (58/1%) و آون Cº30 (37/1%) بدست آمد. بازده اسانس نمونه خشک شده در آفتاب (31/1%) تقریباً برابر با نمونه خشک شده در سایه (32/1%) بود. اجزای عمده اسانس شامل 8،1-سینئول (0/25%، 2/26%، 6/40%، 7/29% و 6/24%)، پارا-سیمن (2/17%، 4/17%، 3/20%، 5/20% و1/17%) و آلفا-پینن (2/16%، 6/12%، 4/14%، 2/7% و 9/9%) به‌ترتیب در آون Cº30، آون Cº40، آون Cº50، آفتاب و سایه بودند. با توجه به بالاتر بودن بازده اسانس و بیشتر بودن درصد 8،1-سینئول در آون Cº50 می‌توان برای این گونه خشک کردن در آون Cº50 را توصیه نمود. در بخش دیگری از تحقیق برگهای خشک شده در سایه، علاوه بر روش تقطیر با آب با استفاده از دو روش تقطیر دیگر یعنی تقطیر با آب و بخار و تقطیر با بخار آب مستقیم، اسانس آنها در مدت دو ساعت استخراج و به‌وسیله دستگاههای GC و GC/MS مورد تجزیه و شناسایی قرار گرفت. بازده اسانس در روش تقطیر با آب 32/1%، در روش تقطیر با آب و بخار 92/0% و در روش تقطیر با بخار مستقیم 77/0% بود. بالاترین درصد ترکیب عمده اسانس یعنی 8،1-سینئول از روش تقطیر با آب و بخار بدست آمد (4/31%). به این ترتیب مشاهده می‌شود که در روش تقطیر با آب بازده اسانس بالاتر می‌باشد و بیشترین درصد 8،1-سینئول از روش تقطیر با آب و بخار بدست می‌آید. | ||

| In this research, the fresh leaves of Eucalyptus largiflorens were collected in the middle of spring from Kashan in Isfahan province. After drying the plant materials in oven 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, sun and shade, their essential oils were obtained by hydro-distillation. In addition, the essential oil of shade-dried sample was obtained by two other distillation methods (water and steam distillation and direct steam distillation). The oils were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Oil yields (w/w) of the oven-dried 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, sun-dried and shade-dried sample were 1.37%, 1.58%, 1.59%, 1.31% and 1.32% respectively. 1,8-cineole (25.0%, 26.2%, 40.6%, 29.7% and 24.6%), P-cymene (17.2%, 17.4%, 20.3%, 20.5% and 17.1%) and α-pinene (16.2%, 12.6%, 14.4%, 7.2% and 9.9%) were identified as the main components in oven-dried 30°C, 40°C, 50°C, sun-dried and shade-dried sample, respectively. On the other hand, the oil yields were 0.92% and 0.77% in water and steam distillation and direct steam distillation. In different drying methods the result showed the oil yield and 1,8-cineole percentage were higher in oven-dried 50°C sample and in different distillation the oil yield in hydro-distillation was higher and the highest percentage of 1,8-cineole was obtained by water and steam distillation. | ||
