| مگس میوه مدیترانه‌ای (Dip.: Tephritidae) Ceratitis capitata Wiedemann به عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین عوامل محدودکننده و مخرب باغات میوه در دنیا و ایران محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به چرخه زندگی این آفت و بروز مقاومت شدید؛ کنترل شیمیایی صرف، کارایی مناسبی جهت کاهش خسارت آن ندارد. تکنیک‌های جدید کشاورزی سازگار با محیط زیست مانند تله‌گذاری انبوه و اختلال در جفت‌گیری جایگزین‌های مناسبی هستند. در این پژوهش، کارایی سه پارا فرمون جنسی پرکاربرد تریمدلور شامل فروبن® (محصول کشور انگلستان)، سانتاموس (محصول کشور کانادا) و اکونکس (محصول کشور اسپانیا) در بازه زمانی خرداد تا مهرماه 1403 در باغ کلکسیون مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گلستان روی درختان میوه مختلف (زرد آلو، هلو، شلیل، انجیر و خرمالو) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که هر سه پارا فرمون پیک‌های مشابه داشته و در تاریخ‌های هفدهم تیرماه و بیست و پنج مرداد ماه بیشترین شکار مگس میوه مدیترانه‌ای در تله‌ها مشاهده شد. پارا فرمون جنسی فروبن در تاریخ بیست و پنجم مرداد ماه بیشترین شکار (چهل و نه مگس) را نسبت به دو تیمار دیگر داشت؛ اما از نظر طول دوره ماندگاری پارافرمون جنسی اکونکس نسبت به دو تیمار دیگر چهارده روز بیشتر کارایی خود را حفظ کرده است. تغییرات دمایی نیز نشان داد که کاهش دما به زیر بیست و پنج درجه سلسیوس به شدت نوسانات جمعیت آفت را کاهش داده است. بنابراین استفاده از این ترکیبات می‌تواند سهم بسزایی در کاهش جمعیت مگس‌ها داشته و میزان خسارت آفت را به شدت کاهش دهد. | ||

| The Mediterranean fruit fly Ceratitis capitata (Dip.: Tephritidae) is considered one of the main limiting and destructive factors of fruit orchards in the world and Iran. attracting to the life cycle of this pest and the emergence of severe resistance, chemical control alone is not effective in reducing its damage. New environmentally friendly agricultural techniques such as mass trapping and mating disruption s are suitable alternatives. In this study, the effectiveness of three widely used Synthetic sex parapheromone trimedlure including Froben® (product of England), Santamus® (product of Canada) and Econex® (product of Spain), was evaluated in the collection ochard of the Golestan Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education Center on various fruit tree (plum, peach, nectarine, fig and persimmon) during the period of June to October 2024. The results showed that all three parapheromone trimedlure had similar peaks and the highest number of Mediterranean fruit flies caught in traps was observed on seventh July and fifteenth August. The sex parapheromone trimedlure of Froben® had the highest number of catches (forty-nine flies) compared to the other two treatments on fifteenth August; however, in terms of the duration of the sex parapheromone trimedlure of Econex ®, it maintained its effectiveness for fourteen days longer than the other two treatments. Temperature changes also showed that reducing the temperature to below twenty-five degrees Celsius greatly reduced the fluctuations of the pest population. Therefore, the use of these compounds can make a significant contribution to reducing the population of flies and greatly reduce the amount of damage caused by the pest. . | ||
