| شناسه دیجیتال (DOR): 98.1000/1735-0905.1399.36.552.102.4.1587.1610 بارهنگ کبیر (.Plantago major L) گیاهی از خانواده Plantaginaceae، علفی و خودرو به ارتفاع 10 تا 45 سانتی‌متر و بدون ساقه است. این گیاه در منطقه وسیعی از دو قاره اروپا و آسیا و همچنین شمال آفریقا و آمریکای شمالی و در ایران تقریباً در تمام نقاط می‌روید. دانه گیاه در متوقف کردن خونریزی نقش داشته و به‌عنوان گیاهی شناخته می‌شود که حداقل در یکی از مسیرهای انعقاد نقش به‌سزایی ایفاء می‌کند. ازاین‌رو، این مطالعه با هدف سنجش اثر عصاره اتانولی دانه بارهنگ کبیر بر آزمایش‌های انعقادی انسانی در محیط آزمایشگاهی طراحی و اجرا شد. دانه گیاه بارهنگ کبیر در بوته‌چینی آسیاب شده و عصاره‌گیری پودر دانه در اتانول 80% به‌مدت 48 ساعت انجام شد. تبخیر الکل عصاره، با کمک دستگاه روتاری اواپوراتور در دمای 50 درجه سلسیوس انجام شد و آب باقی‌مانده در آون با دمای 40 درجه سلسیوس خارج گردید. عصاره خشک گیاهی بدست آمده با غلظت‌های مختلف در بافر آون کلر تهیه و تأثیر آن بر شاخص‌های انعقادی زمان پروترومبین (PT)، زمان نسبی ترومبوپلاستین (APTT) و زمان انعقاد (CT) بررسی شد و نتایج به‌وسیله آزمون آماری t-test مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که عصاره اتانولی دانه بارهنگ کبیر باعث کاهش شاخص انعقادی زمان نسبی ترومبوپلاستین (APTT) شد و بر زمان پروترومبین (PT) و زمان انعقاد (CT) اثر معنی‌داری نداشت. یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه حکایت از تأثیر انعقادی عصاره اتانولی دانه بارهنگ کبیر دارد. باوجوداین برای انجام تحقیقات تکمیلی، مطالعه بیشتر بر روی مدل‌های حیوانی و انسانی ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. | ||

| Broadleaf plantain (Plantago major L.) is a herbaceous wild plant of the Plantaginaceae family with 10 to 45 cm in height and without stems. It grows in a wide area of Europe and Asia continents, as well as North Africa and North America, and in Iran almost everywhere. The seeds of the plant stop bleeding and are known as a plant source that plays an important role in at least one of the coagulation pathways. Therefore, this study was designed and implemented to evaluate the in vitro effect of ethanolic extract of broadleaf plantain seeds on human coagulation tests. The broadleaf plantain seeds were ground in a mortar and extracted in ethanol 80% for 48 hours. Extracts were dealcoholized by a rotary evaporator at 50 °C and the remaining water was removed from the oven at 40°C. The obtained plant dry extract was prepared in different concentrations in Owren-Koller bufferand their effects on coagulation indices including prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) and clotting time (CT) were evaluated and the results were analyzed by t-test. The results showed that the ethanolic extract of broadleaf plantain seeds reduced APTT, but had no significant effect on PT and CT. Although the ethanolic extract of broadleaf plantain seeds showed the coagulation effect in this study, further studies on animal and human models seem necessary. | ||
