| شناسه دیجیتال (DOR): 98.1000/1735-0905.1398.35.335.94.2.1578.41 آزمایشی برای بررسی اثر ورمی‌کمپوست و زئولیت بر روی گیاه دارویی همیشه‌بهار (Calendula officinalis L.) در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه رامین خوزستان در سال 1396، به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. ورمی‌کمپوست (صفر، 3، 6 و 9 تن در هکتار) به‌عنوان فاکتور اصلی و زئولیت (صفر، 4، 8 و 12 تن در هکتار) به‌عنوان فاکتور فرعی بررسی شد. نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که ورمی‌کمپوست و زئولیت اثر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد گل، عملکرد بیولوژیک، شاخص برداشت، کلروفیل a و کلروفیل b، کاروتنوئید برگ، کاروتنوئید گلبرگ همیشه‌بهار، برداشت نیتروژن، برداشت فسفر و شدت رنگ گلبرگ‌ها داشتند. همچنین برهم‌کنش بین ورمی‌کمپوست و زئولیت بر تمامی صفات ذکر شده معنی‌دار گردید. بیشترین عملکرد گل (69.53 گرم در متر مربع) و عملکرد بیولوژیک (474.84 گرم در متر مربع) به‌ترتیب در تیمارهای سه تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست + 12 تن در هکتار زئولیت و نه تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست به دست آمدند. بالاترین میزان عملکرد بیولوژیک (474.84 گرم در مترمربع) در تیمار 9 تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست حاصل شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان کاروتنوئید برگ و گلبرگ در تیمار 9 تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست و بیشترین میزان کلروفیل‌های a و b مربوط به تیمار 9 تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست و 4 تن در هکتار زئولیت بود. بالاترین میزان برداشت نیتروژن در تیمار 8 تن در هکتار زئولیت بود. بالاترین مقدار برداشت فسفر نیز در تیمار 9 تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست و 12 تن در هکتار زئولیت بدست آمد. در مجموع به‌دلیل مقرون به صرفه‌تر بودن زئولیت نسبت به ورمی‌کمپوست، با افزایش مقدار زئولیت مصرفی می‌توان عملکرد گل را افزایش داد. در این پژوهش برای حاصل شدن بهترین عملکرد گل، ترکیب تیماری 3 تن در هکتار ورمی‌کمپوست و 12 تن در هکتار زئولیت مناسب بوده و پیشنهاد می‌گردد. | ||

| In order to evaluate the effect of zeolite and vermicompost on Marigold (Calendulaofficinalis L.), a field experiment was conducted in 2017 in the research field of Ramin University, Khuzestan, in split plot as a randomized complete block design with three replications. Vermicompost (0, 3, 6, 9 t ha-1) and zeolite (0, 4, 8 and 12 t ha-1) were investigated as the main factor and sub plot, respectively. Results of variance analysis showed that vermicompost and zeolite had a significant effect on flower yield, biological yield, harvest Index, chlorophylls and carotenoids of leaves, petal carotenoids, nitrogen removal, phosphorus removal, and index of the intensity of the color of the petals. Also, interaction effects of vermicompost and zeolite was significant on all top-mentioned characteristics. The highest flower yield (69.53 g m-2) was obtained at 3 t vermicompost per ha and 12 t zeolite per ha. Maximum biological yield (474.84 g m-2) was achieved at 9 t vermicompost per ha. The highest leaf and petal carotenoids were recorded at 9 t vermicompost per ha and maximum chlorophyll a and b belonged to 9 t vermicompost per ha and 4 t zeolite per ha. The highest soil nitrogen harvest was obtained at 8 t zeolite per ha. Maximum soil phosphorus harvest belonged to 9 t vermicompost per ha and 12 t zeolite per ha. In total, knowing that zeolite is more cost-effective rather than vermicompost, increasing the amount of zeolite consumption can enhance flower yield. In the current research, the best flower performance could be obtained at an optimum amount of 3 t vermicmpost per ha and 12 t zeolite per ha. | ||
