| به منظور مشاهده اثرات دانه کتان بر روی عملکرد تولید مثلی گاوهای هلشتاین تازه زا، از 99 راس گاو شکم اول و 100 راس گاو با چند شکم زایش در قالب دو گروه آزمایشی شاهد و دانه کتان برای 28 روز اول پس از زایش استفاده شد و پس از آن هر دو گروه جیره یکسانی دریافت کردند. از نرم افزار آماری SAS با استفاده از از رویه های LOGISTIC برای تجزیه آماری داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند، استفاده از دانه کتان بر روی صفات تولید مثلی مانند میانگین تعداد تلقیح مصنوعی، نرخ آبستنی و عفونت های رحمی تاثیر معنیداری نداشت. شیوع کیست های تخمدانی در گاوهای شکم اول و چندشکم زایش برای جیره دانه کتان یکسان بود، در حالی که شیوع آن برای گاوهای چندشکم زایش، زمانی که از جیره شاهد استفاده کردند بهطور معنیداری بیشتر بود. با توجه به اثر دانه کتان در کاهش شیوع کیستهای تخمدانی در گاوهای چند شکم زایش در مقایسه با گاوهای شکم اول، استفاده از دانه کتان در جیره گاوهای شیری بخصوص در دامداریهایی که مشکلات مدیریتی دارند پیشنهاد می گردد. | ||

| In order to investigate the effect of linseed on reproduction performance of fresh dairy Holstein cows, 99 primiparous and 100 multiparous cows were used under the control and linseed treatments till 28th day after parturition, and after that the same diet were used. For statistical analysis, the LOGESTIC procedure of SAS statistical software were used. Results showed that, reproductive performance of dairy cows such as mean number of artificial insemination, conception rate and endometritis were not affected by linseed treatment. The incidence of cystic ovary was similar for multiparous and primiparous cows fed linseed. However, it was higher for multiparous cows, when fed the control treatment. Do to the lower incidence of cystic ovary in multiparous cows, it is suggested to feed dairy cows with linseed especially in those farms that have management problems. | ||
