| Mill.Rosa damascena، یکی از گیاهان معطر و دارویی می‌باشد که از گل آن به صورت سنتی و صنعتی گلاب گرفته می‌شود. علاوه بر گلاب حدود 02/0 درصد اسانس نیز در این روش بدست می‌‌آید. یکی از روشهای مناسب و کاربردی استخراج ترکیبهای مؤثره از گلاب، استفاده از دستگاه تقطیر مناسب در فشار اتمسفر و همچنین استفاده از تکنولوژی تقطیر در خلاء می‌باشد که مستلزم در نظر گرفتن تمام پارامترهای فیزیکو شیمیایی است تا بتوان اسانس مرغوبی تهیه نمود. در این تحقیق ابتدا گلبرگهای گل محمدی از مزرعه تحقیقاتی گل محمدی واقع در مؤسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع کشور، دست‌چین شد و با روش استخراج با آب گلاب‌گیری شد. ترکیبهای موجود در گلاب از طریق تقطیر مجدد در فشار معمولی و خلاء استخراج گردید. ترکیبهای تشکیل دهنده با استفاده از دستگاههای آنالیز GC و GC/MS مورد شناسایی کمی و کیفی قرار گرفت. مقایسه بازده اسانس استخراج شده از گلاب با دو روش تقطیر در فشار معمولی (اتمسفر) و خلاء نشان می‌دهد که بازده اسانس در روش تقطیر در خلاء دو برابر روش تقطیر معمولی است. بررسی مقایسه‌ای اجزای اصلی اسانس حاصل از تقطیر مجدد گلاب در فشار اتمسفر و خلاء نشان می‌دهد که درصد الکلها در روش استخراج در خلاء بطور نسبی افزایش یافته و در نتیجه اسانس با کیفیت مناسبتری حاصل می‌شود، همچنین فنیل اتیل الکل از 6/5 درصد به 5/7 درصد، سیترونلول از 5/59 به 2/61 درصد و ژرانیول از 2/13 درصد به 3/14 درصد افزایش یافته است . | ||

| Rosa damascene is one of the aromatic and medicinal plants which its flowers are used for obtaining rose water by traditional and industrial methods. In addition of rose water, the flowers contain 0.02% essential oil which is called first oil or direct oil. This essential oil is very valuable but there are many water soluble compounds which are solved in rose water and therefore they should be extracted by different distillation methods. In this research two methods for distillation of rose water were used. These methods were distillation at atmospheric pressure (760 Torr) and vacuum. At both methods, all physicochemical parameters should be controlled till the best essential oil is obtained. This essential oil is called water oil or second oil. Essential oils, extracted from rose water by two methods, were evaluated for their chemical composition by GC and GC/MS. Comparative study of main components of essential oil obtained by distillation at atmospheric pressure and vacuum showed that the percentage of alcohols have increased by vacuum method. The amount of 2-phenyl ethyl alcohol has increased from 5.6% to 7.5%, followed by citronellol from 59.5% to 61.2% and geraniol from 13.2% to 14.3%. | ||
