| مطالعه فیزیولوژیک جهت بررسی رابطه بین عوامل تهدیدآمیز و وقوع بیماری ورم پستان بر روی 453 گاو شیری بومی در فارم های نزدیک تهران انجام گردید. نمونه های شیر دام ها جهت تشخیص بیماری عفونی تورم پستان با استفاده از آزمون ورم پستان کلی فرمیا (California Mastitis Test) (CMT) جمع آوری گردید. آنالیز نتایج داشتن ارتباط معنی داری بین وزن بدن، عمق غده پستان، طول نوک و قطر آن را روشن نمود ( 001/0>p) و در بیماری تورم پستان انتهای نوک پستان کوتاه تا سطح زمین کوتاه بود ( 01/0>p). همچنین یافته ها نشان داد ارتباط معنی داری در دوره شیرواری با عواملی مانند فاصله انتهای نوک پستان تا سطح زمین، میزان تشابه پستان ها، شکل غده، شکل نوک پستان، وزن بدن دام زنده، پاتولوژی نوک و یا پستان، استفاده از اکسی توسین، سیستم تغذیه و ترشح شیر در بیماری تورم پستان وجود دارد ( 0001/0>p). آنالیز نتایج نشان داد که ارتباط منفی معنی داری بین طول نوک پستان، کثرت حذف و دفعات حضور دام در گله دیده می شود, حال آنکه ارتباط مثبت بین نوک پستان درگیر شده و قطر آن (بخش بالائی، میانی و انتهائی)، ترشح شیر، شکل پستان و آویخته بودن پستان، سیستم تغذیه، عمق پستان، شکل نوک پستان، پستان مکیدن گوساله، بهره شیر، پاتولوژی نوک ویا پستان و وزن بدن دام زنده وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل می توان نتیجه گرفت که برخی از عوامل تهدیدآمیز به شدت با بیماری ورم پستان ارتباط دارند. | ||

| The physiological study was carried out to determine the relation between of risk factors and occurrence of infectious mastitis disease that associated in 453 indigenous dairy cattle in farms nearby the Tehran. Milk samples were collected for mastitis detection by California Mastitis test (CMT) .The analysis of results revealed significant association between body weight, udders depth, teats length and diameter P<0.001, and teats distance to the floor were decreased in affected cattle at Pstage, teat end distance to floor, udder shape and parity, teat shape, live body weight, teat and /or udder pathology, use of toxytocyin , feeding system and milk secretion with mastitis (P<0.0001). The results of logistic regression analysis revealed significant negative association between teat length, frequency of culling and number of attendant ,while there is a positive association between mastitis involved teat , teat diameter (apex ,mid, and base), milk secretion ,udder shape, pendulous udder, feeding system, udder depth, teat shape, sucking, milk yield, udder pathology and live body weight. According the results it is concluded that some risk factors are strongly associated with mastitis in cattle. | ||
