| پایین بودن درصد سبز شدن محصولات حساس به سله خاک یکی از مشکلات اساسی کشاورزان در سبز کردن بذر محصولاتی نظیر پنبه، چغندرقند، و پیاز در مناطق خشک است. سلهشکنی به روش مکانیکی، حفظ رطوبت خاک، و استفاده از مواد اصلاح‌کنندة شیمیایی از راههای مبارزه با این مشکل است. با توجه به محدودیت منابع آب، نیاز به مهارت در عملیات سلهشکنی و اقتصادی نبودن استفاده از مواد اصلاحکننده شیمیایی، این روشها در همه شرایط موفق نمیباشند. سله عاملی محدودکننده و سبب رواج کشت دستپاش شده است که در آن مصرف بذر بیشتر است و سلهشکنی و گاهی تنک‌کاری و واکاری ضرورت مییابد. پدیدة ترکهای طبیعی و انقباضی خاک و خارج شدن اتفاقی بذرهای جوانهزده از درون این ترکها بدون هیچگونه مانع سبب شد امکان هدایت این ترکها به محل خطوط کاشت به عنوان روشی برای شکستن سله و بهبود سبز شدن بذرهای حساس مورد بررسی قرارگیرد. اثرهای مکانیکی روی خاک در مرحلة کاشت با ایجاد شیاری باریک (گودی) در محل خطوط کاشت یکی از روشهای پیشنهاد شده برای ایجاد ترک است. به همین منظور، تغییرات لازم در ردیفکار اعمال و اثر آن در ایجاد ترکهای طولی در محل خطوط کاشت و سبز شدن بذر پنبه در شرایط مزرعهای (بهینه) ارزیابی شد. نتایج آزمایشهای مزرعهای نشان داد که استفاده از عامل جویچهساز کوچک در جلو شیاربازکن ماشین کاشت جهت ایجاد یک شیار کمعمق (50 میلیمتر) و کاشت بذر در کف این شیار و تثبیت آن با یک چرخ فشار مخروطی سبب ظهور ترکهای طولی در 96 درصد طول خطوط کاشت و سبز شدن بذر پنبه به میزان 72 درصد شد. به منظور بررسی کارایی این روش در شرایط مدیریت زراعی زارع بر ایجاد ترکهای طولی در محل خطوط کاشت و سبز شدن بذر پنبه، ماشین کاشت مجهز به عامل جویچهساز و چرخ فشار مخروطی در دو منطقه با بافت خاک رسی سیلتی و سیلتی شنی در پلات‌های بزرگ (2000 مترمربع) با روش مرسوم از نظر میزان سبز شدن و شاخصهای دیگر سبز شدن محصول پنبه مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان داد با مصرف بذر به تعدادی که حداکثر 2 برابر بوتة مورد نیاز را بهدست دهد میتوان بدون نیاز به سلهشکنی و تنککردن به تراکم مطلوب و توزیع یکنواختتر بوتهها، نسبت به روش مرسوم، دستیافت. سود اقتصادی حاصل از کاشت به روش ایجاد ترک طولی نسبت به روش مرسوم به علت کاهش مصرف بذر به میزان 90 درصد و حذف عملیات سلهشکنی مکانیکی و تنکدستی، حدود 2100000 ریال به ازای یک هکتار برای کشاورز در شرایط فعلی خواهد بود. | ||

| Creation of Longitudinal Cracks in Planting Rows to Enhance Seedling Emergence Using a Modified Row Crop Planter | ||

| Stand establishment in crusting soil is one of the main concerns in the production of crops with delicate seedlings such as cotton, onions and rape seed. Crust breaking, maintaining soil moisture and adding chemical and organic amendments to soil are different methods to weaken soil strength and allow the shoots to emerge. These methods are not always successful because they depend on factors such as the skill and timing required for crust breaking, shortage of water in arid regions and slow increase of soil organic content. The development of natural desiccation cracks along the planting lines is a new technique that can create a route by which seedlings can emerge. In this study, a pneumatic row crop planter was modified to provide physical conditions conducive to the development of longitudinal cracks along planting lines. The modifications included a v-shaped pre-opener attached to the front of the main opener and a conical wheel that replaced the original flat wheel of the machine, causing machine to leave a shallow furrow on the planting lines. This allowed the formation of longitudinal cracks over 96% of the planting line, which brought about an emergence rate of 72% for cotton seedlings in well-prepared soil. This technique in row planting was then compared the emergence of cotton seedlings using the conventional method (seed broadcasting and crust breaking) on large plots in the Isfahan region. Results revealed that, by using 1/10 the seed used currently in the broadcasting method, a desirable stand establishment can be achieved without crust breaking or further thinning. This results in a more uniform stand distribution and 2,100,000 rials per hectare saving for growers in planting stage alone. | ||
