| چکیده | ||
| هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی اثرات جایگزینی جو با ذرت بر عملکرد پروار برههای نر بود. در این آزمایش تعداد 25 رأس برهی نر 6 تا 7 ماهه با میانگین وزن 4/3 ± 22/31 کیلوگرم، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تیمار (جیره غذایی) و پنج تکرار در هر تیمار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جیره یک دارای 50 درصد جو و بدون ذرت بود و در جیرههای دو تا پنج، ذرت به ترتیب به میزان25، 50 ، 75 و 100 درصد جایگزین جو گردید. تمام جیرهها به شکل حبه تهیه گردیدند. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد، میانگین ماده خشک مصرفی روزانه تحت تأثیر جایگزینی جو با ذرت قرار نگرفت. اختلاف میانگین انرژی مصرفی گروههای آزمایشی با جایگزینی جو به جای ذرت معنیدار نبود. میانگین ضریب تبدیل خوراک تیمارها با افزایش نسبت جایگزینی جو به جای ذرت معنیدار نبود. بین میانگینهای اضافه وزن نهایی و افزایش وزن روزانه گروههای آزمایشی اختلاف آماری معنیدار مشاهده نگردید. گرچه میانگین هزینه خوراک و بازدهی اقتصادی تیمارها از نظر آماری معنیدار نبود اما حداقل هزینه هر واحد تولید در گروه پنج که 100 درصد جو با ذرت جایگزین شده بود مشاهده گردید (05/0> P). براساس اطلاعات حاصل از این پژوهش در شرایط برابر بودن قیمت جو با ذرت، میتوان در جیرههای پرواری برههای نر به جای جو از ذرت استفاده نمود. | ||

| This project was conducted to evaluation the effects of replacement of barley grain with corn grain on fatteningperformance of male lambs. Twenty five male lambs (6-7 month-old, average body weight = 31.22 ± 3.4 kg) were assigned randomly to five dietary treatments (5 lambs/treatment) in a randomized complete design. The first diet contained barley grain without corn grain but in the other diets from two to five corn replaced barley 25, 50, 75 and 100%, respectively. The TMR rations provided in pellet form. The results showed that DM and ME intake were not affected by the experimental diets (P>0.05). Average feed conversion ratio was not affected by the increasing replacement of barley with corn (P>0.05). The average live weight gain and average daily gain were not significant (P>0.05). Feed cost ($/kg weight gain) and return on investment were not affected by the experimental diets but cost per unit production was the lowest for lambs fed the diet contained 50% corn grain (P<0.05). On the basis of this study corn grain can be replaced with barley grain in lamb fattening diets without any additional cost | ||
