| از آنجایی که تنشهای خشکی تولید محصول و مواد مؤثره در گیاهان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد، در تحقیق حاضر به بررسی اثر تیمارهای مختلف آبیاری بر برخی عاملهای رشد از جمله ارتفاع، قطر یقه، گستردگی تاج پوشش، وزن تر و خشک پایه‌های ارقام مختلف گیاه وایول (Parthenium argentatum Gray.) پرداخته شده است. این طرح با استفاده از طرح آماری اسپلیت پلات در چهار سطح آبیاری کامل (در حد ظرفیت زراعی)، تنشهای ملایم (4/3 و 2/1 ظرفیت زراعی) و شدید (4/1 ظرفیت زراعی) و در سه تکرار انجام شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که میانگین ارتفاع، قطر یقه و گستردگی تاج پوشش، وزن تر و خشک پایه‌های ارقام مختلف گیاه وایول با کاهش مقادیر آبیاری تا حد تنش شدید (HS=4/1 ظرفیت زراعی) با اختلاف معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. بالاترین ارتفاع و قطر یقه در تیمار FC به‌ترتیب در رقم UC/103 با ارتفاع 33/56 سانتی‌متر و رقم CAL6 با قطر یقه برابر 76/2 سانتی‌متر و حداقل آن در تیمار HS در رقم CAL6 با ارتفاع 35 سانتی‌متر و رقم UC/103 با قطر یقه 6/1 سانتی‌متر مشاهده شد. بیشترین گستردگی تاج پوشش برابر 11600 سانتی‌متر مربع در تیمار FC در رقم CAL7 و حداقل آن در تیمار HS، برابر 2127 سانتی‌متر مربع در رقم UC/103 مشاهده شد. بررسی میانگینهای وزن تر وخشک نیز نشان داد که بالاترین میانگین وزن تر و خشک در رقم UC/103 در تیمار FC به‌ترتیب 810 و 384 گرم بود. در تیمار HS کمترین میانگین وزن تر در ارقام UC/103 و CAL7 به‌ترتیب 5/172 و 7/131 گرم و کمترین میانگین وزن خشک در قم UC/103 برابر 03/61 گرم بدست آمد. | ||

| Water stress affects on essential oil yields and secondary metabolites in plants. In this study the influence of irrigation treatments on plant height, diameter, canopy, fresh and dry weight of different cultivars of Parthenium argentatum Gray. were investigated. This experiment was undertaken in analytical split plot design with three replications and four irrigation treatments, consisting of: FC (full field capacity); two moderate treatments (3/4 and 1/2 of FC) and sever stress (1/4 of FC). The results showed that the average of plant height, diameter, canopy, fresh and dry weight, reduced but rubber and resin percentages increased with declining of irrigation. The maximum stem height and diameter were observed for FC treatment in UC/103 (56.33 cm) and CAL6 (2.76 cm) but the minimumstem height and diameter were observed in HS treatment in CAL6 (35 cm) and UC/103 (1.6 cm) respectively. The maximum and minimum canopies were observed in FC treatment in CAL7 and HS treatment in UC/103 respectively. The maximum stem fresh and dry mass accumulation were observed in FC treatment in UC/103 with 810 and 384 g. In HS treatment the minimum stem fresh weight was found in UC/103 and CAL7 respectively with 172.5 and 131.7 g. While the minimum stem dry mass observed in UC/103 (61.03 g). | ||
