| در این پژوهش تأثیر استفاده از مقادیر متفاوت پراکسید هیدروژن در سه سطح 3، 4 و 5 درصد و هیدروکسید سدیم در دو سطح 2 و 3 درصد بر روی رنگ‌بری خمیرکاغذ سودای ساقه توتون رقم کوکر 347 بررسی شد. ساقه توتون به روش سودا با 22 درصد قلیاییت، در 170 درجه سانتی‌گراد برای مدت 100 دقیقه، به خمیرکاغذ تبدیل شد. خمیرکاغذ رنگ‌بری نشده حاصل از ساقه توتون دارایبازده 1/37 درصد و عدد کاپای 62 بود. رنگ‌بری شامل دو مرحله بود، مرحله کی‌لیت کردن و مرحله رنگ‌بری پراکسید قلیایی. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش مقدار مصرف هیدروکسید سدیم و پراکسید هیدروژن، درجه روشنی خمیرکاغذ افزایش و عدد کاپای آن کاهش می‌یابد. داده‌های مربوط به تیمار 3 درصد سود سوزآور به همراه 5 درصد پراکسید هیدروژن بدون مرحله کی‌لیت سازی، نشان داد که مرحله کی‌لیت سازی اولیه به‌طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای بر درجه روشنی، عدد کاپا و بازده خمیرکاغذ رنگ‌بری شده مؤثر است و این تیمار کمترین روشنی و بیشترین عدد کاپا و بازده را در بین همه تیمارها دارا بود. درنهایت، تیمار 3 درصد سود سوزآور به همراه 5 درصد پراکسید هیدروژن با مرحله کی‌لیت سازی اولیه که دارای بیشترین روشنی (50/44 درصد) و کمترین بازده (20/83 درصد ) بود، به‌عنوان تیمار برتر انتخاب شد. | ||

| In this study the effect of different values of peroxide in three levels 3%, 4%, 5% and sodium hydroxide in two levels 2%, 3%, on bleaching of tobacco stalks ( Nicotiana tabacum L. 'PVH 19') soda pulp was investigated. Tobacco stalks were soda pulped using 22% alkali in 170°C for 100 minutes. Produced pulp had 37.1 % yield and kappa number 62. Bleaching process included two stages: chelating and alkali peroxide bleaching. Results indicated that brightness increased and kappa number decreased by increasing sodium hydroxide and peroxide Hydrogen level.The data related to 3% caustic soda and 5% peroxide treatment without chelating stage, indicated that initial chelating stage significantly affected on the brightness, kappa number and yield of the bleached pulp, and this treatment had the lowest brightness and the highest kappa number and yield among all treatments. Finally, 3% caustic soda-5% peroxide treatment with initial chelating stage had the highest brightness (44.50%) and the lowest yield (83.20%), was selected as the best treatment. | ||
