| چکیده | ||
| منابع مالی و اعتباری بانک ها محدود است و نیاز به تخصیص بهینه دارد. افزون بر این، به منظور خروج از انجماد مالی، بانک ها و دیگر مؤسسات دارای توان اعتباردهی، مانند بانک کشاورزی، منابع اعتباری را باید به گونه‌ای به رشته فعالیت ها و زیربخش های اقتصادی تخصیص دهند که دارای بیشترین بازده سرمایه باشند. در همین راستا، این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل بازده سرمایه در زیربخش‌های کشاورزی استان فارس با استفاده از مدل رشد نئوکلاسیک مشتمل بر نهاده سرمایه فیزیکی و انسانی، به برآورد الگوی رشد هر زیربخش در دوره 93-1384پرداخت. داده های مورد استفاده در تخمین به صورت پانل است که در آن، مقاطع عرضی شامل شهرستان های استان فارس می باشد. یافته های مطالعه نشان داد که بازده سرمایه فیزیکی در میان زیربخش‌های مختلف حداقل 4/0 درصد است. همچنین دانش نیروی‌کار یا سرمایه انسانی مساعدت چندانی به تولید ندارد و به طور تلویحی، این اثرگذاری محدود، به سنتی بودن شیوه تولید و عدم مطابقت دانش نیروی کار با فعالیت تولیدی نسبت داده شد. | ||

| The limited financial and credit resources of banks need to be allocated optimally. In addition, in order to exit from the financial freezing situation, banks and other financial institutions, such as Agriculture Bank, have to allocate resources to the economic activities and sectors in a way that it entails the highest return on capital. In this regard, the objective of this study is to analysis capital returns in Fars province agriculture subsectors using neoclassical growth model. The models include physical and human capital for each subsector. The applied data are panel data covering period of 2005-2014 throughout Fars province counties. The results showed that physical capital returns for agriculture subsectors are around 0.4 percent. It was also found that knowledge of labor or human capital does not substantially contribute to productions, indicating the traditional production method and mismatch of labor knowledge with production activity. | ||
