| در رابطه با شرایط پخت خمیر کاغذ کرافت درجه حرارت 170 درجه سانتیگراد، سولفیدیته 25% و زمان پخت 1 و 2 ساعت انتخاب گردید، همچنین شرایط پخت خمیر کاغذ سودا شامل درصد قلیائیت فعال و سودسوز آور 18%، 20، و 22% انتخاب شد. خمیر کاغذها با درصد اختلاط 100%، 50% و 25% سیاه بید و مخلوط پهن برگان شمال کشور تهیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که در فرایند کرافت و سودا می‌توان با استفاده از پخت یک ساعته و سود سوزآور 18% بیشترین راندمان را بدست آورد و کمترین راندمان مربوط به سود سوزآور 22% و زمان پخت 2 ساعته بوده است. جهت اندازه‌گیری خصوصیات کاغذ دست ساز خمیر کاغذهای انتخابی بعداز رساندن آنها به درجه روانی 60±360 (ml)C.S.F. کاغذهایی با گرماژ 60 گرم بر سانتیمتر مربع تهیه و خواص مقاومتی آنها اندازه گیری شد. درکاغذهای تهیه شده به هر دو روش کلیه مقاومتها از پخت 2 ساعته بیشتر از یک ساعته بودند در پخت کرافت در قلیائیت فعال 22% از 18% بیشتر و در حالت تهیه کاغذ مقاومتهای کاغذ خالص بید از اختلاط 25% نیز بیشتر بوده است. اما در روش پخت سودا مقاومت به پارگی و تا شدن از سود سوزآور 22% بیشترین مقدار را داشته است اما در کل مقاومت به ترکیدن، تا شدن و طول پارگی کاغذ تهیه شده به روش کرافت از روش سودا بیشتر بوده و در گروه بندی دانکن در گروه مستقل اول قرار گرفته اند با این نتایج استفاده از روش کرافت در تهیه خمیر کاغذ از گونه بید مناسب تر است. | ||

| In this study pulp and hand sheets paper characteristics of Salix nigra wood kraft and soda pulp and paper were investigated. Average density of dry and bulk density wood were determined 0.35 and 150 kg/m3 and average fiber dimension consist of fiber length, fiber diameter were measured, 1100 and 30 µm, respectively. The chemical composition were determined as cellulose 42%, lignin 28% and extractive 4%. In order to coocking and pulping, Kraft (Sulfate) and soda process were used. For comparison of fiber dimensions, physical properties and chemical composition of the mean and standard deviation, yields of pulp in the form of a factorial randomized complete block design test, the strength properties of handsheets table ANOVA and for group means of the Duncan were used. All paper strengths of two hour cooking show better results than one hour cooking times, and all paper strengths of 22% alkaline show better result than 18%, also all paper strengths of 100% mixture show better result than 25% mixture (100% mixture only contain kraft pulpof salix nigra). The results of hand sheet strength indicated that Kraft pulp of salix nigra wood will provide a suitable to mix with short fiber hard wood pulp. | ||
