| چکیده | ||
| هدف بررسی حاضر، ارزیابی عملکرد پژوهشی پژوهشگران سازمان تحقیقات، آموزش و ترویج کشاورزی بر اساس شاخص FWCI است. در این مطالعه 11142 مقاله‌ای که بر اساس داده‌های پایگاه اسکوپوس بین سالهای 2014 تا 2023 منتشر شده و حداقل یکی از پژوهشگران سازمان در تدوین آن نقش داشته‌اند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد میانگین امتیاز FWCI کلی سازمان 11/1 می‌باشد. روند کسب امتیاز در این شاخص طی سالهای 2014 تا 2020 روندی افزایشی و پس از آن کاهشی بوده است. علاوه بر آن نزدیک به 26 درصد از پژوهشگران سازمان (365 نفر از 1525 نفر) امتیازی معادل 1 یا بالاتر از آن را در شاخص مزبور به دست آورده‌اند. بر این اساس 58 مرکز، مؤسسه، و پژوهشکده و پژوهشگاه وابسته به سازمان در بازه مورد بررسی دست کم یک مقاله داشته‌اند که میانگین شاخص FWCI آنها 9/0 محاسبه شده است. با توجه به نتایج این بررسی، حدود یک چهارم مقالات مورد بررسی امتیازی بین 1 تا 5 در این شاخص را به دست آورده‌اند و نزدیک به سه چهارم از مقالات (7995 مقاله معادل 72 درصد) امتیازی کمتر از 1 را به دست آورده‌اند که به وضوح کمتر از میانگین جهانی است | ||

| The aim of the present study is to evaluate the research performance of researchers at the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization based on the FWCI index. In this study, 11,142 articles published between 2014 and 2023 based on Scopus data and in which at least one of the organization's researchers played a role in compiling them were examined. The results show that the average FWCI score of the organization is 1.11. The trend of gaining points in this index during the years 2014 to 2020 was an increasing trend and then a decreasing trend. In addition, nearly 26% of the researchers (365 out of 1,525) have obtained a score equal to or higher than 1 in the index. Accordingly, 58%, institutes, and research centers affiliated with the organization have had at least one article in the period under study, and their average FWCI index has been calculated to be 0.9. According to the results of this study, about a quarter of the articles reviewed received a score between 1 and 5 on this index, and nearly three-quarters of the articles (7,995 paper) received a score of less than 1, which is clearly lower than the global average | ||
