چکیده
Background:
Zoonotic diseases are common diseases between humans and animals that are caused by a pathogen. The cause of the Covid-19 pandemic is a virus from the Coronaviridae family that can cause respiratory disease in humans (1). The end of this pandemic was announced in 2023. From the beginning to the end of the coronavirus pandemic, research was conducted in some countries and the results were published. These investigations continue to this day. One of the trending topics in the field of Covid-19 is the topic based on disease prevention such as vaccines. Nucleic acid-based, inactivated, virus-like particles, and live attenuated virus vaccines were candidates for Covid-19
Covid-19, a respiratory disease, first emerged in late 2019 as the causative agent of the coronavirus. The end of this pandemic was announced in 2023, and during this period, various vaccines with different strategies were made. The effectiveness and other immunological characteristics of these vaccines have been tested. The publication of documents related to the Covid-19 vaccines has continued until after the pandemic has ended.
Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the research process and published documents related to the manufacturing technology and effectiveness of Covid-19 vaccines.
Methods: The documents published in the Scopus database in early 2024 were collected using restrictions in 4 subject areas and the English language. The bibliographic analysis was done using Bibliometrix-package in Rstudio and VOSviewer.
Results: A total of 2810 documents were reviewed. Most of the documents are articles and reviews, 2320 and 394 respectively. Peptides and capillary electrophoresis are trending topics in 2024. Additionally, elasomeran, covilo, and tozinameran are more recent than other keywords based on time.
Conclusions: This study examines the documents published in one of the most reliable databases of Covid-19 vaccines from a bibliometric perspective. The obtained results help other researchers and scientists in future research, opportunities, and challenges.

زمینه و هدف: کووید-19، یک بیماری تنفسی، اولین بار در اواخر سال 2019 به عنوان عامل ایجاد کننده ویروس کرونا ظاهر شد. پایان این همه گیری در سال 2023 اعلام شد و در این مدت واکسن های مختلفی با استراتژی های مختلف ساخته شد. اثربخشی و سایر ویژگی های ایمنی این واکسن ها آزمایش شده است. انتشار اسناد مربوط به واکسن‌های کووید-۱۹ تا پایان همه‌گیری ادامه داشت.
بیماری های زئونوز بیماری های مشترک بین انسان و حیوان هستند که توسط یک عامل بیماری زا ایجاد می شوند. عامل بیماری همه گیر کووید-19 ویروسی از خانواده Coronaviridae است که می تواند باعث بیماری تنفسی در انسان شود (1). پایان این بیماری همه گیر در سال 2023 اعلام شد. از ابتدا تا پایان همه گیری ویروس کرونا، تحقیقاتی در برخی از کشورها انجام شد و نتایج آن منتشر شد. این تحقیقات تا امروز ادامه دارد. یکی از موضوعات پرطرفدار در زمینه کووید-19، موضوع مبتنی بر پیشگیری از بیماری ها مانند واکسن است. واکسن‌های مبتنی بر اسید نوکلئیک، غیرفعال‌شده، ذرات ویروس‌مانند، و واکسن‌های ویروس ضعیف شده زنده کاندیدای کووید-۱۹ بودند.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی روند تحقیقات و اسناد منتشر شده مرتبط با فناوری ساخت و اثربخشی واکسن‌های کووید-19 انجام شد.
روش‌ها: اسناد منتشر شده در پایگاه داده اسکوپوس در اوایل سال 2024 با استفاده از محدودیت‌ها در 4 حوزه موضوعی و زبان انگلیسی جمع‌آوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل کتابشناختی با استفاده از بسته Bibliometrix در Rstudio و VOSviewer انجام شد.
نتایج: در مجموع 2810 سند بررسی شد. بیشتر اسناد مقاله و بررسی به ترتیب 2320 و 394 است. پپتیدها و الکتروفورز مویرگی موضوعات پرطرفدار در سال 2024 هستند. علاوه بر این، elasomeran، covilo و tozinameran جدیدتر از سایر کلمات کلیدی بر اساس زمان هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه اسناد منتشر شده در یکی از معتبرترین پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی واکسن‌های کووید-۱۹ را از منظر کتاب‌سنجی بررسی می‌کند. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده به سایر محققان و دانشمندان در تحقیقات، فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آینده کمک می‌کند.
