| رقم آتوسا (KSG82) نتیجه تلاقی رقم کایزر با منشا اروپا به عنوان والد مادری و کلون 397009 از مرکز بین المللی سیب زمینی به عنوان والد پدری و انتخاب براساس خصوصیات کمی و کیفی در طی 12 سال است. از سال 1386 مراحل ارزیابی رقم آتوسا شامل انجام تلاقی، توسعه جمعیت های اصلاحی، ارزیابی جمعیت ها و انتخاب نتاج برتر در هر نسل تا خلوص کامل شروع شد و با ارزیابی اولیه و مقایسه عملکرد مقدماتی در دو منطقه کرج و اردبیل، آزمایشات مقایسه عملکرد پیشرفته در سه منطقه کرج، اردبیل و همدان، آزمایشات سازگاری در پنج منطقه کرج، اردبیل، همدان، اصفهان و مشهد و ارزیابی مقاومت به بیماری های قارچی و ویروسی در کرج ادامه یافت. نتایج بای پلات توزیعی میانگین کل و ضریب برتری نسبی عملکرد غده ژنوتیپ ها در آزمایش سازگاری نشان داد که رقم آتوسا از لحاظ عملکرد نسبت به شاهد آگریا برتری داشت ولی از لحاظ ضریب برتری نسبی تقریبا مشابه شاهد آگریا بود. نتایج بررسی پروژه های تحقیقی- ترویجی در سال زراعی 1397 نشان داد که عملکرد رقم آتوسا در اردبیل و همدان به ترتیب 25/86 و 2/3 درصد بیشتر از شاهد آگریا بود. رقم آتوسا نسبت به ویروسPotato virusY (PVY) مقاومت کامل، نسبت به بیماری های شوره سیاه نیمه متحمل، لکه برگی آلترناریایی نیمه مقاوم و شانکر رایزوکتونیایی ناشی از نژادهای AG3 و AG4 ، نیمه متحمل است. میزان ماده خشک غده رقم آتوسا نسبت به رقم شاهد آگریا 1/4 درصد بیشتر بوده و دارای بافت کاملا آردی، رنگ سرخ کرده زرد روشن، فرم غده بیضی و تغییر رنگ بسیار کم در مدت 24 ساعت بعد از برش غده و پخت می باشد. رقم آتوسا به عنوان رقم جدید سیب زمینی مناسب برای چیپس و خلال وکشت بهاره در مناطق سرد و معتدل سردکشور می باشد. | ||

| Atousa cultivar is results of a cross-pollination of Caesar cultivar (as female parent) and promising colone 397009 from the International Potato Center (CIP) (as male parent) and various quantitative and qualitative evaluations during 12 years. To release Atousa variety, single plant selection, visual assessment, preliminary and advanced yield trials, adaptability test, study on resistance to fungi, bacteria and viruses was carried out in different places such as Karaj, Ardabil, Hamadan, Esfahan and Mashhad (Jolgehrokh). Although, Atousa cultivar had superiority to the Agria in terms of yield, but scatter Bi-plot analysis with respect to average yield and relative coefficient of excellence showed that its relative coefficient of excellence was almost the same as that of the Agria. The yield of Atousa cultivar under on-farm studies in Ardabil and Hamadan regions was 25.86% and 2.3% higher than that of Agria (control cultivar), respectively. Atousa cultivar is highly resistant to PVY that is very important and harmful virus around the world. The reaction of Atousa to Alternaria alternata was semi-resistant and it was semi tolerant to Rhizoctonia solani AG-3 and Rhizoctonia solani AG-4. The tuber dry matter of Atousa is 1.4% more than Agria and is excellent for frying and processing purposes. Atousa as a new potato cultivar is suitable for spring cultivation in the cold and moderately cold temperate regions of Iran. | ||
