| چکیده | ||
| حشرات توسط انگل‌های مختلفی آلوده میشوند؛ یکی از مهمترین این انگل‌ها، کنههای (Acari: Prostigmata) Parasitengona هستند. به همین جهت، به منظور تعیین تنوع و فراوانی کنههای پارازیتنگونا در رشته کوه جغتای در دو سال متوالی، نمونه برداریهای منظمی در طی فصل تابستان و پاییز در طی سالهای 1401-1400 در دو دامنه شمالی و جنوبی رشته کوه جغتای واقع در استان خراسان رضوی صورت گرفت. نمونه های جمع آوری شده، از ملخهای شاخک کوتاه (Orthoptera: Acrididae) جدا شدند و نمونه های کنه در میکروتیوبهای حاوی الکل 75 درصد نگهداری و سپس در مایع نسبیت شفاف شدند و روی لام میکروسکوپی در مایع فور جهت شناسایی تثبیت شدند. پس از شناسایی نمونه ها، تنوع زیستی و فراوانی گونه ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل منجر به شناسایی 3 گونه Eutrombidium sorbasiensis Mayoral & Barranco, 2004 ، Abalakeus lorestanicus Saboori & Lachinani, 2003 و Charletonia damavandica Karimi Irvanlou, Kamali & Talebi, 2002 شد. گونهی E. sorbasiensis در تمامی ایستگاهها دارای بیشترین فراوانی بود. تنوع کنه ها در دامنه جنوبی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دامنه شمالی بود )005/0=(p-value. همچنین تنوع در ارتفاعات بالایی بیشتر بود) 001/0= .(p-valueغنای گونه ای نیز در دامنه شمالی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دامنه جنوبی بود (01/0 p-value=) و یکنواختی گونه ها در دامنه جنوبی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دامنه شمالی بود) 001/0p-value=). بیشترین غنای گونهای و یکنواختی نیز در ارتفاعات بالایی دیده شد و ارتفاعات پایینی فاقد غنا و یکنواختی بودند. | ||

| The insects could be parasitized by a range of parasites. One of the most important parasites that attack them are Parasitengona (Acari: Prostigmata) mites. Regular sampling was done during the summer and fall seasons in the years 2021-2022 in the two northern and southern slopes of the Joghtai mountain range located in Razavi Khorasan province. The collected mite samples were separated from the short-horned grasshoppers (Orthoptera: Acrididae) and the mite samples were transferred to microtubes containing 75% alcohol and then they were cleared in Nesbitt's Fluid and mounted on a microscope slide for identification. After identifying the samples, biodiversity and species abundance were analyzed using SPSS software. The results led to the identification of three species, Eutrombidium sorbasiensis Mayoral & Barranco, 2004 ،Abalakeus lorestanicus Saboori & Lachinani ، 2003, Charletonia damavandica Karimi Irvanlou, Kamali & Talebi, 2002. Eutrombidium sorbasiensis was the most abundant species in all stations. The diversity of mites in the southern slope was significantly higher than the northern slope (p-value=0.005). Also, diversity was high in higher altitudes (p-value=0.001). Species richness was also significantly higher in the northern slope than in the southern slope (p-value=0.01) and species evenness in the southern slope was significantly higher than in the northern slope (p-value=0.001). The highest species richness and evenness were also seen in the high altitudes, and the low altitudes lacked richness and evenness. | ||
