| سابقه و هدف مرتع‌داری، علم و هنر مدیریت و اداره مرتع بوده که در تصمیم‌گیری و برنامه‌ریزی برای حفظ، احیا و بهره‌برداری پایدار از آن لازم است مبانی فنی و مدیریتی، به موازات یکدیگر و متناسب با شرایط اکولوژیکی مرتع و شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی ذینفعان، به‌ویژه مرتع‌داران مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در بخش مبانی فنی همواره چند پروژه کلیدی شامل نهال‌کاری، قرق، مدیریت چرا، بذرکاری، بذرپاشی، کودپاشی، پیتینگ (چاله‌چوله کردن)، ری‌پینگ (شیارزدن) و کنتورفاروئینگ (ایجاد جوی‌پشته) پیش‌روی کارشناسان است که هریک معیارها و شاخص‌های خاص خود را دارد. با توجه به سطح وسیع و تنوع فیزیوگرافی و ژئومورفولوژی مرتع، هر ابزاری که بتواند با تلفیق شاخص‌ها، کارشناسان را در انتخاب پروژه‌های اصلاحی و احیایی کمک کند می‌تواند مفید باشد. هدف این پژوهش، بهره‌گیری از ابزار سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی برای مکان‌یابی عرصه‌های مناسب عملیات اصلاح و مدیریت مرتع، در حوزه آبخیز چاه‌تلخ است. مواد و روش‌ها در این پژوهش، ابتدا ضمن تیپ‌بندی مراتع مورد مطالعه و تعیین وضعیت و گرایش تیپ‌های گیاهی، روش مرتع‌داری برای هریک ارائه شد. برای تیپ‌هایی که دارای وضعیت عالی تا خوب بودند، روش مرتع‌داری تعادلی و برای تیپ‌هایی که دارای وضعیت متوسط بودند، روش مرتع‌داری طبیعی و به‌تبع آن، سیستم‌های چرایی توصیه شد. روش مرتع‌داری مصنوعی یا اصلاحی برای تیپ‌هایی در نظر گرفته شد که دارای وضعیت ضعیف و خیلی ضعیف بودند. در گام بعد، نقشه واحدهای همگن مقدماتی، از تلفیق نقشه‌های طبقات ارتفاعی، شیب و جهت تهیه گردید. سپس لایه تیپ‌های مرتعی با آن تلفیق و واحدهای همگن نهایی تهیه شد. با توجه به اطلاعات وضعیت و گرایش مراتع و شایستگی تولید تیپ‌های گیاهی، نقشه‌های زمین‌شناسی، خاک‌شناسی، هم‌باران، هم‌دما و منابع آب، خصوصیات هریک از واحدهای همگن، در محیط GIS استخراج گردید. با مدنظر قرار دادن معیارها و شاخص‌های اکولوژیکی و محیطی مؤثر به‌منظور اجرای عملیات اصلاح مرتع و مطابقت آنها با خصوصیات هر واحد همگن، نوع عملیات اصلاحی و مدیریتی مرتع، در هریک از واحدهای همگن پیشنهاد گردید و بر مبنای آن، نقشه عملیات مذکور، تهیه شد. در نهایت با روی‌هم‌گذاری نقشه عملیات اصلاح و مدیریت مرتع و سامان‌های‌عرفی، مدل مدیریتی مراتع منطقه، ارائه گردید. نتایج بر مبنای نتایج به‌دست آمده، سطح وسیعی از مراتع، دارای وضعیت ضعیف و خیلی ضعیف است که نیازمند اجرای مرتع‌داری اصلاحی می‌باشد. مدل مدیریتی حاصل، نشان داد که در 6/10 درصد از سطح مراتع، کنتورفارو، در 3/8 درصد، پیتینگ و در 9/5 درصد، ریپرینگ، قابل توصیه است. ضمن اینکه در 3/29 درصد از مراتع، مدیریت چرا و در 6/14درصد، قرق (جلوگیری از ورود دام) پیشنهاد می‌گردد. نتیجه‌گیری مدل ارائه شده در حوزه آبخیز چاه‌تلخ که با تلفیق لایه‌های وضعیت و گرایش مرتع، شایستگی تولید، کاربری اراضی، بافت و عمق خاک، طبقه ارتفاعی، شیب و جهت، خطوط هم‌دما و هم باران و نقشه سامان‌های‌عرفی، به‌دست آمد، می‌تواند نقش به‌سزایی در ارائه یک مدیریت جامع و همه‌جانبه ایفا کند. مدل مذکور، سبب دستیابی سریع و راحت به تمامی معیارها و شاخص‌های اکولوژیکی و محیطی مؤثر برای اجرای عملیات اصلاح و مدیریت مرتع می‌شود. در این راستا وزن‌دهی به شاخص‌ها و استفاده از ابزارهای تصمیم‌گیری چندمتغیره، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در انتخاب دقیق‌تر مکان‌های مناسب پروژه‌های اصلاحی و احیایی مرتع ایفا نماید. | ||

| Background and objectives Rangeland management is the science and art of range management and administration, which requires technical and managerial foundations in decision-making and planning to protection, reclamation and sustainably use it, in parallel with each other and in accordance with the range ecological conditions and beneficiary's socio-economic conditions, especially the pastoralists, should be considered. In the technical basics section, there are always several key projects, including planting, plowing, grazing management, Inter Seeding, Seeding, fertilizing, pitting, ripping, and contour furrowing, each of which has criteria and indicators. Has its own characteristics. Considering the vast area and variety of physiography and geomorphology of the rangelands, any tool that can help experts in selecting improvement and restoration projects by combining indicators can be useful. The purpose of this research is to use the geographic information system to locate suitable areas for range improvement and management projects in the Chahtalkh watershed. Methodology For this purpose, based on the range condition and range condition trend, a range method was developed for each plant types. For types with excellent to good condition, equilibrium method was recommended, and for types with moderate condition, natural method and consequently grazing systems were recommended. Artificial or improvement range management, were considered for types that were poor and very poor. In the next step, the homogeneous baseline maps were prepared by combining altitude, slope and direction maps. Subsequently, the homogeneous layer was combined with plant types layer and the final homogeneous units. Based on the rangeland condition and suitability yield of plant types, geological maps, soil characteristics, iso-therms, iso-rain and water resources, the characteristics of each homogeneous unit were extracted in GIS environment. Considering effective ecological and environmental criteria and indices to perform range improvement and management operations and to match the characteristics of each homogenous unit, the type of rangeland management and management operations in each homogenous unit was proposed and based on this, a round map was prepared. Finally, by superimposing the map of range improvement and management operations and customary systems, the range management model of the region was presented. Results According to the results, a wide range of rangelands have poor and very poor conditions that require artificial range management. The resulting management model showed that in 10.6% of rangelands, contour farro, in 8.3%, pitting and in 5.9%, ripping is recommended. In 29.3% of rangelands, grazing management and in 14.6% prevent livestock from entering (exclosure) are recommended. Conclusion The model presented in the Chah Talkh watershed, which was obtained by combining the layers of RANGE condition and range condition trend, suitability yield of plant types, land use, soil texture and depth, elevation class, slope and direction, temperature and rainfall lines, and the map of customary systems, can play a significant role in provide a comprehensive and all-round management. The model enables quick and easy access to all ecological and environmental criteria and environmental parameters for effective range improvement and range management. In this regard, weighting indicators and using multi-variable decision-making tools can play an important role in more precisely choosing suitable places for range improvement and revitalization projects. | ||
