| سپردار سفید خرما Parlatoria blanchardi (Targioni Tozzetti, 1892) یکی از عوامل زنده و مهم کاهش عملکرد درختان خرما می باشد. کفشدوزک شکارگر Chilocorus bipustulatus L. یکی از مهمترین دشمنان طبیعی فعال در باغهای خرما است که از سپردارها بهویژه سپردار سفید خرما تغذیه میکند. در این مطالعه فراسنجه‌های جدول زندگی دو جنسی کفشدوزک یاد شده با تغذیه از سپردار سفید خرما تعیین شد. آزمایشها درون اتاقک رشد و در دمای 1±25 درجة سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5± 70درصد و طول دورة روشنایی به تاریکی8 :16 ساعت انجام شد. تعداد 100 عدد تخم هم‌سن کفشدوزک با عمر کم‌تر از 24 ساعت تا پایان عمر حشرات بالغ بررسی شد. لاروها پس از خروج از تخم، روزانه با پوره‌های سپردار سفید خرما تغذیه شدند. شاخصهای زیستی کفشدوزک تعیین و دادههای حاصل از آزمایش با نرمافزار TWOSEX–MSChart و طبق تئوری جدول زندگی سنی– مرحله‌ای دو جنسی تجزیه آماری شدند. میانگین و خطای معیار فراسنجه‌های رشد جمعیت براساس روش Bootstrap محاسبه شد. نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r) 0/06 ± 0/01 (بر روز)، نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (λ) 1/0 6± 0/01 (بر روز)، طول مدت زمان هر نسل (T) 56/89 ± 0/32 (روز) و نرخ ناخالص تولید مثل (GRR) 34/68 ± 3/085 (تخم)، محاسبه گردید. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش می‌تواند امکان افزایش کارایی این کفشدوزک را در برنامه‌های مدیریت آفت سپردار سفید خرما از طریق افزایش جمعیت آن از طریق پرورش انبوه و رهاسازی انبوه آن امکان‌پذیر سازد. | ||

| The date palm scale Parlatoria blanchardi (Targioni Tozzetti, 1892) (Hem.: Diaspididae) is one of the main and important pests of reducing date palm yield. The predatory coccinellid Chilocorus bipustulatus L. (Col.: Coccinellidae) is well known as the most important active natural enemy in date orchards, which feeds on scale insects, especially the date palm scale In this research, the life table parameters of C. bipustulatus were determined by feeding on the date palm scale. The experiments were carried out in growth chamber under laboratory conditions, at 25±1°C, a relative humidity of 70±5%, and a photoperiod of 16:8 h (Light: Dark). A number of 100 coccinellid eggs of the same age with less than 24 h old were studied, and the study continued until the end of the adult stage. After incubation period, the larvae were fed daily with date palm scale nymphs. The biological parameters of the coccinellid and data were analyzed based on the age–stage, two–sex life table theory. The mean and standard error of population growth parameters were calculated based on the Bootstrap method. The intrinsic rate of increase(r) (day), finite rate of increase (λ), The mean generation time (T) and the gross reproductive rate (GRR), were 0.06 ± 0.01, 1.06 ± 0.01, 56.89 ± 0.32, 34.68 ± 3.08, respectively. The results obtained from this study can make it possible to improve the efficiency of this coccinellid in integrated pest management programs against P. blanchardi by increasing its population through mass rearing and mass release. | ||
