بررسی تأثیر منابع و مقادیر کودهای نیتروژن بر عملکرد و روغن کلزا

چکیده
کلزا مانند هر محصول زراعی دیگر دارای نیازهای غذائی خاص خود می‌باشد که توجه به این نیازها و تأمین تغذیه متعادل گیاه، ضامن افزایش تولید این گیاه خواهد بود. به منظور بررسی تأثیر میزان و نوع کودهای نیتروژنی برعملکرد و روغن کلزا، طرحی بصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی شامل چهارسطح نیتروژن 0، 60، 120، 180 و 240 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار و سه منبع اوره، سولفات آمونیوم و نیترات آمونیوم با 15 تیمار در سه تکرار از سال 1377 بمدت دوسال زراعی در ایستگاه تحقیقات کشاورزی شاوور خوزستان اجراء گردید. نتایج حاصله از جدول تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که مقدار کود اثرکاملاً معنی‌داری بر عملکرد دانه، درصد روغن و اجزاء عملکرد کلزا داشت و بیشترین عملکرد بمیزان 5/2 تن در هکتار از تیمار 240 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار در مقایسه با 677 کیلوگرم از تیمار شاهد بدست آمد (01/0α=). همچنین با افزایش مقدار نیتروژن، درصد روغن کاهش ولی عملکرد روغن افزایش یافت. بطوریکه بالاترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمارهای 180و 240 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار به میزان 1070 و1153 کیلوگرم و کمترین مقدار مربوط به تیمار شاهد به میزان 325 کیلوگرم روغن در هکتار بدست آمد. همچنین در بین منابع مختلف کود، منابع نیترات و سولفات آمونیوم در یک گروه و منبع اوره در گروه دیگر قرار گرفت و تفاوت معنی‌داری بر عملکرد دانه کلزا داشته ولی بر سایر پارامترها و اجزاء عملکرد تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد(05/0α=). اثرات متقابل مقادیر و منابع نیتروژن و اثرات توأم سال با این دو فاکتور بر عملکرد دانه از نظر آماری در سطح پنج درصد معنی دار بود (05/0α=) بطوریکه بالاترین عملکرد دانه به میزان 3056 کیلوگرم در هکتار از تیمار240 کیلوگرم نیتروژن از منبع‌نیترات آمونیوم بدست آمد ولی بر سایر اجزاء عملکرد تأثیر معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.

Canola, like, other crops has specific nutritional requirements. By identifying and meeting such requirements, we can increase the yield and quality of this important crop. A randomized complete block factorial experiment with 15 treatments and 3 replications was conducted at Shavoor Agricultural Research Station of Khuzestan to determine the best rates and sources of nitrogen fertilizer with respect to canola yield and quality. The treatments included five rates of nitrogen (0, 60, 120, 180, and 240 kg/ha) and three sources of nitrogen fertilizer (urea, ammonium nitrate, and ammonium sulfate). Analysis of variance of data on canola yield and per cent oil showed that nitrogen rates significantly (  = 0.01) affected the yield and oil content so that the highest yield of 2.5 tons/ha was obtained with 240 kg N/ha, but the increasing rates of nitrogen reduced per cent oil even though the total oil yield increased; more specifically, the highest oil yields of 1070, and 1153 kg per hectare were obtained with 180 and 240 kg N per hectare, respectively, as compared with the lowest yields of 325 kg/ha from the control tests. Nitrogen sources also significantly affected (  =0.05) the yield but not the yield components. Ammonium nitrate and sulfate were in the same group and urea in a different group with respect to yield improvement. Interactive effects of rates and sources of nitrogen on canola seed yield was found to be significant ( =0.05) so that the highest yield of 3 tons/ha was obtained with 240 kg N/ha as ammonium nitrate. The interaction of years, rates and sources on yields and oil contents were found to be statistically insignificant.
