چکیده
یکی از مسائل مهم و اساسی در دنیای امروزپاکسازی خاکهای آلوده به آلاینده های آلی و معدنی می باشد. گیاه پالایی یکی از روشهایی است که در دهه های اخیر به آن توجه زیادی شده است. در این روش از گیاهان مقاوم که دارای زیتوده بالا، سیستم ریشه ای قوی و دارای ضریب انتقال عنصر گیاهی بالا داشته باشند استفاده می شود. شناخت گیاهان بومی با زیتوده بالا در پاکسازی خاکهای آلوده به عناصر سنگین بسیار مهم است. بدین منظور جهت مطالعه میزان پالایش خاکهای آلوده به عنصر روی به ترتیب سه جایگاه با درجات مختلف آلودگی عنصر روی (شدید، متوسط و شاهد) در معدن سرب و روی" باما" در منطقه ایرانکوه اصفهان انتخاب گردید. پس از بررسی خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاکهای منطقه یازده گونه گیاهی از هفت خانواده انتخاب و در سه تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در بهار 1383 برداشت شد. خاک ریزوسفری گیاهان از نظر خصوصیات شیمیایی و فرم عصاره گیری شده با DTPA نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. زیست انباشتگی، دامنه تحمل پذیری و فاکتور انتقال عنصر روی در گیاهان مورد بررسی در این تحقیق ارزیابی و بررسی شد . نتایج نشان داد گونه‌های گیاهی ابنوس استلاتا[1] و آستاراگالوس گلوکانتوس[2] با انباشتگی 3/293 و 1/ 195 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم در اندام هوایی و فاکتور انتقال 72/5 و 46/6 به ترتیب گونه‌های گیاهی مناسب جهت توصیه درپالایش خاکهای آلوده به عنصر روی در این منطقه و مناطق مشابه می‌باشند.

Soil contamination of heavy metal, is one of the main problem in the world today. Recently, hyperaccumulation plants are mostly used to clean the polluted soil. A field study in 3 sites with 3 concentrations of zinc (high, medium and low) was carried out in Bama mine, Irankoh region. Having analyzed the soil physical and chemical properties, 11 ranged-land plant species were selected among 7 families. The experiment was done in completely randomized design with 3 replicates. Soil rhizosphers, however, were analyzed in order to determine the zinc absorption forms by plants. Bioaccumulation, tolerance index and translocation factor of zinc were studied. According to the results Ebenus estellata and Astragalus glucanthus were the most appropriate selected plants with 293.3 and 195.1 mg/kg bioaccumulation in shoot and 5.72 and 6.46 translocation factor respectively
