| خواص دارویی و تأثیر اسفرزه (plantago ovata ) بر مکانیسم های فعالیت بدن در بسیاری از مطالعات گزارش شده است، به طوری که بذر این گیاه در ردیف مفید ترین، موثرترین و بی ضررترین و در عین حال ملایم‌ترین ملین‌های گیاهی است. خشکی یکی از عوامل محدود کننده و خطری جدی برای تولید موفقیت آمیز محصولات زراعی می‌باشد. در مطالعه‌ای آزمایشگاهی، به منظور ارزیابی ویژگی‌های جوانه‌زنی و سبز شدن اسفرزه در پاسخ به تنش خشکی در دماهای مختلف، آزمایشی در سال 1394 در آزمایشگاه بذر گروه زراعت دانشگاه تهران انجام گرفت. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار به اجرا در آمد، تیمارها شامل هفت دما (5، 10، 15، 20، 25، 30 و 35 درجة سانتی‌گراد) بودند. در هر دما برای ایجاد تنش شوری در چهار سطح (صفر، 4-، 8- و 12- بار) از پلی اتیلن گلایکول 6000 استفاده شد. اعمال تنش خشکی در دماهای مختلف بر جوانه‌زنی بذرهای اسفرزه نشان داد که بذرها در دمای 20 درجه سانتی‌گراد بیشترین مقاومت به خشکی را داشتند. تحت تأثیر سطوح تنش خشکی در دماهای مختلف پارامترهای جوانه‌زنی، شامل درصد، سرعت و یکنواختی جوانه‌زنی، کاهش یافتند و هیچ گونه جوانه زنی در پتانسیل 12- مشاهده نشد. با افزایش دما، شرایط مناسب‌تری از لحاظ دمایی، برای جوانه‌زنی بذر ایجاد شد و باعث افزایش تحمل به تنش خشکی گردید. افزایش شدت تنش خشکی باعث شد که محدوده دمایی که بذر اسفرزه می‌تواند در آن جوانه زند، کاهش یابد. | ||

| In many studies, the medicinal properties and impact of plantago ovata on mechanisms of human physical activities has been proven. So that one of the most useful, effective and harmless herbal laxative. drought is one of the limiting factors and a serious danger for the successful production of crops. An experiment was conducted to study germination characteristics of plantago ovata under water and drought stress conditions at different temperatures. The experiment was conducted at the University of Tehran lab, Karaj, in 2015. Temperatures regimes included 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 °C). For each temperature, the treatment for drought and water stress was four potentials (zero, -4, -8 and -12 bar) with sodium chloride. The effects of drouth stress on seed germination of plantago ovata at different temperatures showed the highest resistance to drought at 20 º C. drouth stress at different temperatures reduced germination parameters nad in the potential -12 germination stopped. Increased temperatures resulted in better conditions for seed germination and increase the drought stress tolerance. Increased severity of drought causes the reduction of temperature range in which the seed can germinate. | ||
