چکیده
به منظور بررسی شکلهای مختلف شیمیایی روی (Zn) باقیمانده ناشی از کاربرد کود سولفات روی، 40 نمونه خاک از عمق 30 -0 سانتی متری از اراضی شرق مازندران تهیه و از بین آنها تعداد 20 نمونه خاک که از نظر خصوصیات فیزیکو شیمیائی، بخصوص از نظر روی و فسفر قابل استفاده متفاوت بوده اند، انتخاب گردید. دریک آزمایش، اثر روی برشکل های مختلف شیمیایی به صورت فاکتوریل(2×20) در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی و با سه تکرار شامل دو سطح روی (0 و10 میکروگرم در گرم  به صورت ZnSO4.7H2O) و در 20 خاک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای جداسازی شکل های مختلف شیمیایی روی در بخش های تبادلی، جذب سطحی شده، آلی، کربناتی و سولفید یا تتمه به ترتیب از عصاره گیرهای 0.5M KNO3، XH2O، 0.5M NaOH، 0.05M Na2EDTA  و 4M HNO3 استفاده شد. غلظت روی با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی و ICP-AES  اندازه گیری شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که غلظت روی عصاره گیری شده با عصاره گیر KNO3 (تبادلی)، بسیار ناچیز بود. مقدار روی کل خاک (روی بومی) از 3/49 تا 84 میکروگرم در گرم خاک (با میانگین4/63 میکروگرم در گرم) متغییر بود. شکلهای مختلف شیمیایی روی بومی در خاک های مورد مطالعه به ترتیب زیر تعیین گردید:   تبادلی> جذبی> آلی > کربناتی >>>تتمه بخش عمده روی کاربردی به شکلهای شیمیائی تتمه و کربناتی تبدیل گردیده به نحوی که 4/40 و 9/30 درصد از روی کاربردی به ترتیب وارد بخش تتمه و کربناتی گردید. مقدار تبدیل روی اضافه شده به شکلهای شیمیائی در خاک های مختلف در سطح 10 میکروگرم روی در گرم خاک به صورت زیر بوده است:     تبادلی > جذبی >آلی >کربناتی > تتمه

This experiment was conducted to study different chemical forms of Zn (native and applied Zn) in some selected paddy soils of Mazandaran. Twenty soil samples with the widest range of physicochemical properties, especially with respect to the levels of available Zn and P, were selected out of some 40 surface soils (0-30 cm) collected in rice paddies of east Mazandaran. A completely randomaized block factorial experiment (20×2) with two levels of Zn (0 and 10 µg Zn/g soil as ZnSO4.7H2O) and three replications was carried out on the 20 soils in the greenhouse. Different chemical forms of Zn i.e., exchangeable, sorbed, organic, carbonate, and residual were fractionated by 0.5M KNO3, XH2O, 0.5M NaOH, 0.05M Na2EDTA and 4M HNO3 extractants, respectively in order to determine the amount and chemical form of Zn fractions.The extracted Zn was determined by atomic absorption and ICP-AES instruments. The results showed that  KNO3-Zn (exchangeable Zn) was determined as non detectable (ND) zinc. Total Zn, in untreated soils (native Zn)   ranged from 49.3 to 84 µg/g with a mean of 63.4 µg/g. Distribution of native Zn in different soil chemical fractions were in the fallowing order: Residual >>> Carbonate> Organic> Sorbed> Exchangeable Most of  the applied ZnSO4 was converted to residual and carbonate forms as much as 40.4 and 34.9 percent respectivily. Redistribution of Zn fractions as affected by 10 μg Zn/g soil were in the fallowing order: Residual > Carbonate> Organic> Sorbed> Exchangeable
