چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تبیین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر پذیرش و توسعه کشت گندم دوروم در مناطق روستایی پنج استان فارس، خوزستان، کرمان، ایلام و تهران با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری بود و برای جمع ­آوری اطلاعات لازم از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه گندم‏کاران استان­های یادشده بود. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه کرجسی و مورگان 274 نفر تعیین شد و نمونه ­های آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گیری طبقه ­ای چندمرحله ­ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین میزان پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و شاخص پایایی مرکب (CR) و به منظور تعیین روایی همگرای مؤلفه ­ها نیز از شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‏ شده (AVE) استفاده ­شد، که نتایج حاکی از مطلوب بودن شاخص ­های مورد بررسی بود. تحلیل‌داده‌ها با استفاده ‌از روش ‌مدل‌سازی معادلات ‌ساختاری ‌با ‌بهره ­گیری از ‌نرم‌افزار LISREL‌ نسخه 5/8 ‌و SPSS نسخه 22 صورت گرفت. نتایج مطالعه مؤید تأثیر مثبت و معنی­دار بین مؤلفه­ های تبیین­ کنندة تأثیرگذار بر تمایل به پذیرش کشت گندم دوروم بود؛ همچنین، مدل معادلات ساختاری، در مجموع، 47 درصد از تغییرات متغیر تمایل به پذیرش کشت گندم دوروم را پیش ­بینی می‏ کرد. در نهایت، انتظار می ­رود که نتایج پژوهش حاضر در تدوین راهکارهای ترویج و توسعه گسترده ­تر کشت گندم دوروم در مناطق روستایی کشور توسط مروجان مفید واقع شود.

چکیده [English]
The main purpose of this study was to explain the factors affecting the adoption and development of durum wheat cultivation in rural areas of five provinces of Fars, Khuzestan, Kerman, Ilam and Tehran in Iran using structural equation model. The required data were collrcted through a questionnaire, the reliability of which was determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and composite reliability index (CR); and the extracted mean variance index (AVE) was used to determine the convergent validity of the components. The statistical population of the study included all wheat farmers in the mentioned provinces. Statistical sample size was determined as 274 people using Krejcie and Morgan sample size table and statistical samples were selected using multi-stage sampling method with proportional assignment. The results indicated that the studid indices were desirable. Data analysis was performed in a structural equation modeling method using LISREL8.5 and SPSS22. The study results confirmed the positive and significant effect between the explanatory components affecting the willingness to adopt durum wheat cultivation; in addition, the structural equation model predicted, in total, 47 percent of the variable variations in the tendency to adopt durum wheat cultivation. Finally, the results of this study are expected to be useful in developing strategies for extension and development of durum wheat cultivation. In addition, this research can be useful for breeders to breed varieties appropriate to the wheat farmers` conditions and needs.
