چکیده
واحد های کاربری اراضی تحت تأثیر رویدادهای طبیعی، عملکردهای انسانی، مسایل اجتماعی و اقتصادی بویژه در اطراف شهرهای بزرگ همواره دستخوش تغییر می شوند. در این تغییرات اراضی گوناگون به اراضی ساخته شده اعم از مسکونی، تجاری، صنعتی یا شبکه راهها تبدیل شده و در برخی موارد بصورت اراضی بایر رها می شود. برای به نقشه در آوردن مرز واحدهایی که به سرعت در حال تغییر می باشد ابزار و تکنیک هایی مورد نیاز می باشد که قادر به جمع آوری و ثبت داده ها در مدت زمان کوتاه بوده تا نتایج آن بصورت نقشه های موضوعی در دسترس قرار گیرند. در این تحقیق با استفاده از قابلیت تکنیک سنجش از دور تغییرات کاربری اراضی شهر کرج و اطراف واقع در غرب شهر تهران به منظور تخمین میزان کاهش اراضی کشاورزی و باغی و افزایش سطح مجموعه شهری در بازه زمانی بین سال های 1366 تا 1381 (1987 تا 2002) مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای تعیین انواع کاربری های منطقه از تصاویر ماهواره ای لندست های 5 و 7 (ETM+) استفاده گردید. محدوده مورد مطالعه از تصاویر استخراج گردیده سپس با روش طبقه بندی نظارت شده[1]با استفاده از نقشه های سال 1378 با مقیاس 1:25000 ، شاخص های روشنایی و سبزینگی[2] واحدهای اراضی تعیین گردبد. نتایج حاصله با یکدیگر و با واقعیت های زمینی[3]  مقایسه گردیده و مشخص شد که نوع کلاسبندی نظارت شده با واحد های اراضی موجود تطابق بیشتری را نشان می دهد. با بررسی تصاویر در دو زمان می توان دریافت که همانند دیگر کلان شهر های دنیا کلان شهر کرج نیز در طول 15 سال گذشته در اثر تغییر کاربری اراضی تغییرات وسیعی داشته که در اغلب موارد نتیجه این تحولات به زیان محیط زیست بالاخص پوشش گیاهی بوده و در زمینه های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی نیز بسیار موثر بوده است.با بررسی تصاویرماهواره ای مشخص گردید وسعت اراضی مسکونی ساخته شده در تصویر سال 1987 شامل شهر کرج و آبادی های پراکنده در اطراف آن تقریباً 3/6032 هکتار بوده و در تصویر سال 2002 که شهر کرج به شهری بزرگ و آبادی های آن به شهرهای کوچک تبدیل شده اند در مجموع وسعتی بالغ بر 12/10541 هکتار را اشغال شده است. گسترش سریع شهر کرج و حومه بویژه به سمت جنوب و غرب سبب گردیده اراضی تولید کننده محصولات زراعی- باغی که دارای شرایط مناسب برای کشت می باشند به واحدهای ساخته شده مسکونی، صنعتی و غیره تبدیل گردیده اند. به این ترتیب می توان برآورد نمود که به طور میانگین هر سال 6/300 هکتار بر وسعت اراضی ساخته شده افزوده شده که قسمت اعظم آن با پیشروی در اراضی کشاورزی بوده است.

The border of land units influenced by human, social, economic events and natural occurrence has been changed mostly based on time and location parameters and partly unplanned. Data according to the environmental conditions are necessary for source management. As it takes a long time and expense to collect data, tools and technologies are applied so that exact and less expense might be consumed. This research focused on land use change in Karaj city, located in west of Tehran interval 1987 and 2002 with applying remote sensing technique and satellite images. Landsats 5 and 7 (ETM+) images used for this study. First the region was extracted then land units classified by supervised classification, brightness and greenness images. The result from various types of classifications compared with each other as well as ground truth, so that the settlement between supervised classifications with land use can be specified. By surveying on the images reveals that magnitude of change this metropolis like the others in the world have high rate changes in social-economic environment and land use. According to the images in 1987, the extent of built-up units includes Karaj city and suburbs and its vicinities were 6032.3 hectares and in 2002 images was 10541.12 hectares. So Karaj city converted to metropolitan and vicinities to towns and cities. The high rate growing of Karaj caused farmlands and orchards transformed to build-up lands. This conversion was happened toward south and west where the lands are more suitable for cultivation and agriculture productions. According to this research, using satellite images for interval in vast areas by various processing methods and classifications are very effective and important and mostly results coincide the facts.
