چکیده
  در این تحقیق تأثیرات استفاده از جیره مکمل شده با سیر بر عملکرد تولیدی، پاسخ ایمنی، فلور میکروبی روده، هیستوپاتولوژی کبد و برخی پارامترهای خونی، سرمی و تولیدمثلی در بلدرچین ژاپنی نر بررسی شد. برای این منظور تعداد 80 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین یکروزه در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی، چهار تکرار و 10 قطعه در هر تکرار تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های آزمایشی شامل جیره پایه (شاهد) و جیره پایه + %4 پودر سیر بودند. بر اساس نتایج پودر سیر باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک و ضریب تبدیل غذایی پرندگان شد. بیشترین عیار پادتن علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و گلبول قرمز گوسفندی (SRBC) در تیتر ثانویه در گروه آزمایشی حاوی پودر سیربدست آمد. تغذیه پرندگان با پودر سیر موجب کاهش جمعیت باکتری‌های اشریشیا کلی و افزایش جمعیت لاکتوباسیلوس شد (05/0>P). نتایج نشان داد که گروه آزمایشی حاوی گیاه سیر باعث افزایش معنی‌دار در هماتوکریت، MCV و شمارش تفریقی لنفوسیت و هتروفیل گلبولی شد (05/0>P). کاهش معنی‌دار کلسترول از نتایج قابل توجه در گروه آزمایشی تغذیه شده با پودر سیر بود (05/0>P). همچنین، پارامترهای اسپرم از جمله سلامت آکروزوم، زنده‌مانی و تولید اسپرم روزانه در پرندگان تغذیه شده با پودر سیر به طور معنی‌داری بهبود پیدا کرد (05/0>P). به نظر می‌رسد افزودن پودر سیر به جیره بلدرچین ژاپنی به عنوان یک مدل آزمایشگاهی می‌تواند تا حدی عملکرد تولیدی و تولیدمثلی آن را بهبود بخشد.

In this study, the effects of using a garlic powder-supplemented diet on production performance, immune response, intestinal microbial flora, liver histopathology, and some blood, serum, and reproductive parameters in male Japanese quail were investigated. For this purpose, 80 one-day-old quail chicks were divided into 2 experimental groups, 4 replicates, and 10 pieces per replication in a completely randomized design. Experimental groups included basal diet (control) and basal diet + garlic powder 4%. Based on the results, garlic powder increased feed intake and feed conversion ratio. The highest antibody titer against Newcastle disease virus and SRBC was recorded in the secondary titer in the experimental group containing garlic. Feeding garlic powder reduced the population of Escherichia coli and increased the population of Lactobacillus (P<0.05). The results showed that the garlic powder caused a significant increase in hematocrit, MCV, and differential lymphocyte and heterophil count (P<0.05). Cholesterol and glucose concentrations were significantly reduced in the garlic powder-receiving quails (P<0.05). Also, sperm parameters such as acrosome integrity, viability, and daily sperm production improved significantly in birds fed garlic powder (P <0.05). It seems that adding garlic powder can improve production and reproductive performance of Japanese quail.
