چکیده
Restrictions on antibiotic use encourage researchers to seek natural substitutes with the same effects without adverse end effects resulting from antibiotic use. Savory and black pepper have been challenged against Salmonella enteritidis (S. enteritidis) bacterium using the spray dryer method to evaluate growth performance, antioxidant status, immune response, and intestinal health parameters in broilers. In this study, thyme essential oil (50%), savory (25%), peppermint (12.5%), and black pepper seeds (12.5%) were mixed to form essential oil-loaded spherical microcapsules with the particle size of 323 nm and encapsulation efficiency of 96.2%. The main bioactive compounds used in the core of microcapsules included thymol, carvacrol, p-cymene, γ-terpinene, and menthol. Moreover, modified starch (25%) and maltodextrin (55%) were used for the preparation of spherical microcapsules for the enclosed wall with 20% whey protein concentrate. The dietary addition of microcapsules containing essential oil significantly reduced the S. enteritidis population in both ileum and cecum (P<0.05). The results revealed that the dietary inclusion of essential oil-loaded microcapsules significantly (P<0.05) increased the villus height, villus width, V: C ratio, and the number of goblet cells and decreased the crypt depth. Microcapsules have antioxidant and antibacterial activity and their dietary use as feed additive at 0.5, 1, and 2 kg/t concentrations in broilers has been challenged and showed that the final weight, total feed intake, and FCR improved the body’s antioxidant status, structure, and inflammation in the ileum tissue.

ارزیابی روغن های ضروری انکپسوله شده در جوجه‌های گوشتی چالش شده باسالمونلا انتریتیدیس.فوکوس روی وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانتی بدن، میکروبیولوژی و ریخت شناسی دستگاه گوارش

محدودیت در مصرف آنتی‌بیوتیک در تولید طیور، محققان را ترغیب می‌کند تا به دنبال جایگزینی با همان اثرات بدون نتایج نهایی نامطلوب ناشی از مصرف انتی‌بیوتیک کرده است. جایگزین آنتی‌بیوتیک باید طبیعی باشد و هیچ باقیمانده‌ای در گوشت طیور وجود نداشته باشد. از این رو، هدف این مطالعه سنتز میکرو کپسول‌های نگهدارنده مخلوط اسانس روغنی آویشن، نعناع فلفلی، مرزه و فلفل سیاه با هم با استفاده از روش اسپری درایر و ارزیابی عملکرد رشد، وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی، پاسخ ایمنی و پارامترهای سلامت روده در مرغ‌های گوشتی در برابر باکتری سالمونلا انتریتیدیس به چالش کشیده شده است. در این مطالعه ، مخلوطی از روغن های ضروری آویشن (50٪) ، مرزه (25٪) ، نعناع فلفلی (12.5٪) و دانه فلفل سیاه (12.5٪) بود.اندازه ذرات 323 نانومتر و کپسول سازی راندمان 96.2٪ ترکیبات اصلی فعال زیستی ارائه شده در هسته میکرو کپسول ها تیمول ، کارواکرول ، p-cymene ، γ-terpinene و منتول بود. دیواره محصوربصورت 20٪ کنسانتره پروتئین آب پنیر ((WPC ، 25٪ نشاسته اصلاح شده (MS) و 55٪ مالتودکسترین (MD) برای تشکیل میکرو کپسول های کروی در نظر گرفته شد. افزودن رژیم غذایی میکرو کپسول حاوی روغن ضروری به طور قابل توجهی (05/0> p) باعث کاهش جمعیت S. enteritidis در ایلئوم و سکوم شد. نتایج نشان داد که درج رژیم غذایی از میکرو کپسول های اسانس دار به طور معنی داری (05/0> p) باعث افزایش ارتفاع پرز ، عرض پرز ، نسبت پرز به کریپت ، تعداد سلولهای جام و کاهش عمق کریپت شد. میکروکپسول های روغن های ضروری دارای فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی و ضد باکتریایی بوده و به عنوان افزودنی خوراک در غلظت‌های 0.5، 1 و 2 کیلوگرم در تن در جوجه‌های گوشتی با چالش سالمونلا نشان داد که وزن نهایی، خوراک مصرفی، ضریب تبدیل ، وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی بدن، ساختار ایلئوم و التهاب آن را بهبود بخشیدند.
