| سوسک شاخک بلند سرشاخهخوار رزاسه در اکثر مناطق میوه‌خیزکشور به انواع درختان میوه از خانواده گل رز و بعضی درختان میوه دیگر حمله میکند. از اردیبهشت تا بهمنماه 1391، پس از جمع آوری نمونههای شاخههای آلوده به آفت سوسک سرشاخهخوار رزاسه از باغهای بادام و زردآلو در استان خراسان جنوبی، عوامل بیمارگر قارچی لاروهای حشره جداسازی، شناسایی و آزمون‌های اثبات بیماری زایی و کارائی آن‌ها انجام شد. بر اساس مشخصات ریختشناسی قارچ جداسازی شده به‌عنوان گونه Paecilomyces formosus تشخیص داده شد و در مطالعه فیلوژنی جدایه مورد مطالعه در کلاد گونههای متعلق بهP. formosus قرار گرفت. در بررسی میزان کارایی آرایه قارچی، میانگین درصد مرگ و میر لاروهای آفت در غلظتهای 104، 105 و 106 اسپور در میلی لیتر قارچ به ترتیب 44 ،72 و 86 بود و بر اساس آنالیز پروبیت با نرم افزار SAS میزان LC50 قارچ P. formosus بر لاروهای سوسک سرشاخهخوار رزاسه 104×2 اسپور در میلی‌لیتر محاسبه شد. در پژوهش حاضر، آرایه P. formosus بر اساس خصوصیات ریختشناسی و مولکولی، برای اولین بار از روی این حشره در ایران گزارش میشود. با توجه به میزان مرگ و میر بالای ایجاد شده توسط این آرایه قارچی روی لاروی آفت سوسک شاخک بلند رزاسه، امکان استفاده از آن در برنامه کنترل تلفیقی آفت می‌تواند مورد توجه قرار گیرد. | ||

| The Rosaceous long–horned beetle (Osphranteria coerulescens) attacks a range of fruit trees belonging to Rosaceae family. Starting from May to February 2012, samples of branches infected with O. coerulescens were collected from almond and apricot orchards in South Khorasan province of Iran and subsequently the fungal pathogens were isolated and identified. Based on the morphological characteristics of the isolated fungus, it was identified as Paecilomyces formosus and in the phylogenetic study the representative isolate was located in clade of P. formosus. In evaluating the efficiency of fungal arrays, the mean mortality rate of larvae at concentrations of 104, 105 and 106 spores per ml of was 44, 72 and 86, respectively. The LC50 for beetle larvae were calculated as 2×104 spores per ml. In the present study, isolation and pathogenicity of P. formosus on this insect is reported for the first time both in Iran and worldwide based on morphological and molecular data. Due to the high mortality rate of this fungal array on the larvae of the beetle pest, the potential of its application in the integrated pest control program can be considered. | ||
