چکیده
تثبیت بیولوژیک شن­زارها یکی از راه­های جلوگیری از فرسایش بادی و ایجاد طوفان­های شن و ماسه می‌باشد. اسکنبیل یکی از گونه­های گیاهی است که به سبب ساختار ریشه­ای منحصر بفرد، توان استقرار در شنزارها و تثبیت آنها را دارد. در این تحقیق برآنیم که مناسبترین  گونه و سن درختچه اسکنبیل جهت کاشت در سه نقطه مختلف ریگ بلند کاشان را بررسی نماییم. این تحقیق در قالب طرح آماری اسپلیت پلات (کرت­های خرد شده) بر پایه بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با متغییراصلی سن، عامل فرعی گونه، با چهار تکرار و در سه نقطه از نوار ریگ بلند که از نظر فرم تپه‌‌ها، ارتفاع، پوشش گیاهی و تأثیر فرسایشی طوفان­ها متغیر بوده و در مجموع نماینده ویژگی­های اکولوژیکی بندریگ می‌‌باشند، به مرحله اجرا گذاشته شد. تجزیه واریانس داده‌‌ها نشان داد که اختلاف بین مکان‌های مختلف و سن نهال‌ها و گونه‌‌های متفاوت اسکنبیل در سطح احتمال یک درصد، معنی‌‌دار می‌‌باشد. در هر سه گروه سنی، Calligonum turkestanicum با 15/61 درصد دارای بیشترین استقرار و C. comosum در رتبه دوم و گونه‌‌های C. schizopterum , C. bungei به ترتیب در رتبه‌های سوم و چهارم قرار دارند. منطقه سیازگه با میانگین 7/59 درصد بالاترین میزان درصد استقرار نهال­ها را به خود اختصاص داده است. نهال­های سه ساله با میانگین 7/58 درصد با نهال­های دو ساله با میانگین 01/57 درصد اختلاف معنی­دار نداشته و با نهال­های یک­ساله با میانگین 84/53 درصد در سطح احتمال یک درصد اختلاف معنی­دار دارند. بر این اساس، استفاده از نهال‌های دوساله C.turkestanicum و نهال‌های سه ساله C. comosum جهت تثبیت شن در منطقه کاشان توصیه می‌گردد.

Biological stabilization of dunes is one way to prevent wind erosion and the creation of sandstorms. Clligonum is one of the plant species that due to its unique root structure can settle in the dunes and stabilize them. In this study, we intend to investigate the most suitable species and age of Calligonum shrub for planting in three different points of Kashan long sand. This research is in the form of split-plot (split plots) based on the randomized block design. Analysis of variance showed that the differences between different locations and the age of different seedlings and species of Calligonum were significant at the level of (p≤0.01). In all three age groups, Calligonum turkestanicum with 61.15% had the highest establishment, and C. comosum is in the second rank, and C. schizopterum and C. bungei species were in the third and fourth ranks, respectively. Siazgeh region, with an average of 59.7%, has the highest percentage of seedlings. Three-year seedlings, with an average of 58.7%, had no significant difference with two-year seedlings with an average of 57.01% and with one-year seedlings with an average of 53.84% at the level of (p≤0.01).Accordingly, the use of 0biennial C. turkestanicum seedlings and three-year C. comosum seedlings is recommended for sand stabilization in Kashan region.
