بررسی میزان فلوئور در تعدادی از خاک‌ها و ارتباط آن با ویژگی‌های خاک

چکیده
هرچند فلوئور عنصری ضروری برای انسان و حیوان می­باشد ولی بالا بودن غلظت این عنصر در خاک می­تواند برای حیوان­های چراکننده و گیاهان آسیب­زا باشد. در حیوان­های چراکننده، فرودادن و گوارش خاک هنگام چرا به­عنوان راهی برای سمناکی و مسمومیت احتمالی فلوئور در نظر گرفته می­شود. در پژوهش حاضر، دامنه­ی غلظت­های فلوئور کل و محلول و ارتباط­ آن­ها با ویژگی­های برگزیده­ی خاک­های اطراف شهرستان اهر در استان آذربایجان شرقی بررسی شده­است. برای اجرای این پژوهش، تعداد 21 نمونه خاک سطحی از مناطق اطراف شهرستان اهر برداشت و برخی ویژگی­های فیزیکی و شیمیایی و غلظت­های فلوئور کل و فلوئور محلول آن­ها اندازه­گیری شد. یافته­های به­دست آمده نشان داد که غلظت فلوئور کل و فلوئور قابل استخراج با کلراید کلسیم خاک‌ها در دامنه­های به­ترتیب 3/574 – 7/204 و  9/5 – 7/0 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک و با میانگین­های به­ترتیب 8/334 و 1/4 میلی­گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک قرار داشت که نشان میداد این خاک‌ها از نظر فلوئور در گروه خاک­های غیرآلوده می­باشند. غلظت فلوئور کل با فسفر کل، کربن آلی و اکسیدهای آلومینیوم همبستگی معنی­دار نشان داد، در حالی­که فلوئور قابل استخراج با کلراید کلسیم فقط با کربن آلی همبستگی معنی‌دار داشت. غلظت‌های برآورده شده فلوئور در محلول خاک‌ها بسیار پایین‌تر از غلظت­های بحرانی فلوئور برای ایجاد سمیت در گیاهان (5/0 – 3/0 میکرو­گرم بر میلی­لیتر برای جوی دوسر و 32 میکروگرم بر میلی­لیتر برای گوجه­فرنگی)  بود. با در نظرگیری میزان طبیعی بلع و فرودادنخاک به­وسیله­ی دام، مسمومیت این عنصر برای آن­ها خیلی ضعیف به­نظر می­رسد.

Fluorine (F) is a necessary element for human and plant, however, high concentration of this element poses a risk to grazing animals and plants. Soil ingestion has been highlighted as a pathway for causing possible F toxicity in grazing animals. In this paper, total and soluble F concentrations and their relationships with selected soil properties in soils around Ahar City, East Azarbayjan Province, were studied. For this purpose, 21 composite soil samples were taken from around Ahar City and their major characteristics, total F concentration, and soluble F were measured. Results showed that the Ft and FCaCl2 concentrations ranged from 204.7- 574.3 and 0.7- 5.9 mg F kg-1soil with means of 334.8 and 4.1 mg F kg-1soil, respectively. These values were well within the range of non-polluted soils. Total fluorine showed significant correlation with total P concentrations, organic matter, and Al oxides contents of the studied soils; whereas such correlations were observed for total and free soluble fluorine concentrations with organic matter and pH, respectively. Concentration of F species in soil solution was much less than the critical concentrations of F for plants (0.3-0.5 µg/mL for oat and 32 µg/mL for tomato). In general, it seems that at normal soil ingestion rates, the soils are unlikely to cause F toxicity to grazing animals.
