| در این بررسی ارزیابی کارایی برخی پایه‌های رویشی برای ارقام تجاری هلو و شلیل، بین سال‌های1391 تا 1396 در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گلستان انجام شد. ارقام تجاری در این ارزیابی شامل ارقام کیوتا، ایندیپندنس، جی اچ هیل، دکسی‌رد، ردتاپ و ردگلد بود که بر روی سه پایه رویشی پنتا (Penta)، تترا (Tetra) و جی اف677 (GF677) پیوند شده بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بین اثر پایه‌های مختلف بر روی صفات رویشی و زایشی ارقام هلو و شلیل تفاوت معنی دار وجود داشت. بر اساس نتایج، بیشترین کارایی عملکرد میوه به ترتیب در ارقام دکسی‌رد و ایندیپندنس بر روی پایه رویشی پنتا و کمترین کارایی عملکرد میوه در رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه رویشی جی اف 677 بدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد میوه به ازای هر درخت در رقم جی اچ هیل بر روی پایه جی اف 677 و کمترین آن در رقم ایندیپندنس بر روی پایه پنتا بود. همچنین بیشترین میزان مواد جامد محلول(TSS) در رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه پنتا و کمترین آن در رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه جی اف 677 اندازه گیری شد. بیشترین اسیدیته میوه یا pH را رقم جی اچ هیل بر روی پایه جی اف677 نشان داد. اثر پایه‌ها بر سطح مقطع تنه درخت (TCSA) معنی‌دار بود. بیشترین سطح مقطع تنه در رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه جی اف677 بود. در بررسی سطح مقطع تنه بین پایه‌ها، بیشترین سطح مقطع در رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه رویشی جی اف 677 مشاهده شد. کمترین سطح مقطع تنه به ترتیب در ارقام ردگلد و جی اچ هیل بر روی پایه رویشی جی اف 677 بود. بیشترین گسترش تاج درخت برای رقم ردتاپ بر روی پایه رویشی جی اف 677 اندازه‌گیری شد. | ||

| To assess the vegetative rootstock effect on some vegetative and reproductive characteristics of peach and nectarine commercial cultivars, a study was conducted in Golestan agricultural and natural resources research center, Iran, from 2012 to 2017. Six commercial cultivars; Kuota, Independence, J. H. Hale, Dexired, Redtop and Redgold, were grafted on Penta, Tetra and GF677 rootstocks. The greatest fruit yield efficiency was observed in Dexired and Independence on Penta, and the least in Redtop on GF677. The highest fruit yield per tree was obtained from J. H. Hale on GF677, and the lowest belonged to Independence on Penta. Also, the amount of total soluble solids (TSS) was significantly affected by rootstock and cultivar, and was the highest in cv. Redtop on the Penta. The lowes TSS, however, was measured in cv. Redtop on the GF677. The highest fruit acidity (pH) was in J. H. Hale on GF677. The effect of rootstock on the TCSA (tree cross sectional area) was significant, and the greatest was measured for cv. Redtop on GF677, and the least belonged to Redgold and J. H. Hale on GF677. The TCSA was the highest in GF677 and lowest in Penta. The largest canopy developed in cv. Redtop on GF677. | ||
