| کنه پهن سیب‌زمینی Polyphagotarsonemus latus (Banks) از آفات مهم مناطق گرمسیری و گلخانه‌ای می‌باشد. اولین بار این آفت از مزارع سیب‌زمینی منطقه جیرفت در سال 1380 برای ایران گزارش شد. بیولوژی کنه پهن در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و تغییرات جمعیت آن در شرایط مزرعه‌ای در منطقه جیرفت به مدت دو سال مطالعه شد. بررسی مراحل رشدی کنه با استفاده از روش تهیه دیسک برگ سیب‌زمینی در ظروف پتری و با 20 تکرار دردمای 1± 25 درجه سانتی‌گراد، رطوبت 10% ±70 و دوره روشنایی 10 : 14 ساعت (تاریکی:روشنایی) انجام و طول دوره تفریخ تخم 32/1 روز، دوره لاروی 1/1، مراحل غیر‌فعال 12/1 روز و بعد از بلوغ قبل از تخم‌ریزی 3/1 روز و طول یک نسل 84/4 روز تعیین گردید. طول عمر برای کنه نر 9/7 روز و برای ماده 76/9 روز با میانگین تخم‌ریزی 53/30 تخم در دوره تخم‌ریزی تعیین گردید. تغییرات جمعیت کنه پهن بر روی شش رقم کشت غالب سیب‌زمینی در منطقه جیرفت (آریندا، دیاموند، مارادونا پریمور، اگریا و کنکورد (راموس و سانته در سال دوم)) همراه با شدت علائم و میزان خسارت کنه روی هر رقم در یک مزرعه تحقیقاتی مطالعه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آماری نشان داد ارقام آریندا، دیاموند و پریمور در سال اول و آریندا، مارادونا و راموس در سال دوم به ترتیب حاوی بیشترین و ارقام اگریا و کنکورد در سال اول و سانته و کنکورد در سال دوم کمترین میانگین جمعیت کنه بودند. بیشترین میزان خسارت کنه برای ارقام آریندا، مارادونا و دیاموند و کمترین برای ارقام سانته و کنکورد در منطقه جیرفت به ثبت رسید. | ||

| Yellow broad mite Polyphagotarsonemus latus is a serious pest in tropical area and glasshouses. In Iran this mite is recorded for the first time on potato plants in 2001 from Jiroft. Biology and population fluctuation of this mite have studied under controlled conditions (25±1°c, 70±10%Rh and LD 14:10), on excised leaf. Duration of developmental stages including egg hatching, nymphal, quiescent and preoviposition periods were recorded as 1.32, 1.1, 1.12 and 1.3 days respectively. The longevity of male and female observed 7.9 and 9.76 days with mean fecundity of 30.53 eggs. Population fluctuations of P. latus studied on six dominant cultivated potato varieties (Arinda, Diamond, Maradona, Primor, Agria and Concord (Ramos and Sante in 2nd year) through weekly sampling from September to February, along with intensity symptoms of injuries and rate of damages. Analysis of variances of collected data showed that, Arinda, Diamond and Primor in first year and Arinda, Maradona and Ramos in second year possessing higher mean density of mites on potato leaves while Agria and Concord in first year and Sante and Concord in the second year had the lowest mite populations. Maximum damages recorded for Arinda followed by Maradona, Diamond and lowest damages observed for Sante varieties According to DMRT method. | ||
