| در راستای اجرای طرح تحقیقاتی بررسی بیوسیستماتیک گونه‌هایSpermophilus Bennett, 1835 (Mammalia: Rodentia) در استان زنجان و تأثیر زمستان خوابی بر شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیکی آن صفات مرفولوژیک و بیولوژیک Spermophilus fulvus نیز مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. برای این منظور بر اساس موقعیت جغرافیایی استان زنجان از چهار ایستگاه تحقیقاتی (زنجان، سلطانیه، ابهر و قیدار) تعداد 72 نمونه (45 نمونه ماده و 27 نمونه نر) بطور زنده صید گردید. صفات مورد استفاده برای مطالعات مرفولوژیک شامل: طول کلی بدن، طول سر و بدن، طول دم، طول پای عقب، طول گوش بر حسب میلی‌متر و وزن بدن بر اساس گرم اندازه‌گیری شدند. نتایج مرفومتریک از این صفات نشان داد که جانوران نر بجز صفت طول دم، در بقیه صفات از جانوران ماده بزرگتر و سنگین‌تر می‌باشند و در حالت بلوغ جانوران نر رنگ تیره‌‌تری نسبت به جانوران ماده دارند. در مطالعات بیولوژیکی، رشد و نمو تدریجی جانور از بدو تولد تا زمان بلوغ، افزایش مصرف روزانه غذا تا شروع زمستان خوابی (تا اواسط مرداد ماه 44 گرم)، کاهش مصرف غذا در طول زمستان خوابی (در اواخر مهر ماه 26 گرم، در اواخر آبان ماه 5/4 گرم و اواخر آذر ماه صفر گرم) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. کوتاه‌ترین و بلندترین زمان زمستان خوابی در این جانوران به ترتیب 107 و 150 روز شمارش گردید و از این مدت نیز 13 روز آن بدون انقطاع و پیوسته بود. در سال، دو بار (اوایل فروردین و اواخر خرداد) تولید نسل کرده و هر بار 7- 5 نوزاد به دنیا آوردند. | ||

| While conducting a research project "Biosystematic study of speceis of Spermophilus fulvus in Zanjan provience" the morphological and biological characteristics of this species were also studied. Thus 72 living samples (45♀ and 27 ♂) were trapped in 4 research sites in various areas in Zanjan province (Zanjan, Sultaniyeh, Abhar and kidar). Morphological characteristics used in this study included: Total length, body and head length, tail length, hind foot length, ear length (mm) and total weight (gr). The morphometric results obtained by studying these characteristics indicated that, the male samples except for their tail length were larger than females. When sexualy matured, male animals tend to have a darker color than female ones. In the biological studies, the developmental growth of the animals from birth to maturity was studied, also increase in daily food intake until the beginnig of hibernation (AUG-44gr) as well as decrease in food intake during hibernation (OCT-26gr, NOV-4.5gr and DEC-0.gr) was investigated. The longest and shortest hibernation bouts of ground squirreles were found to be 150 and 107 days respectivety. In this period, the longest uninterruped hibernation was 13 days. These samples reproduced twice a year (MAR. and JUN.) and also giving birth to 5-7 babies each time. | ||
