بررسی پتانسیل آللوپاتی شبدر ایرانی (Trifolium resupinatum) و برسیم (T. alexandrium) بر جوانه‌زنی بذر علف‌های هرز پیچک، تاج‌خروس، چاودار و خردل وحشی | ||

| به منظور بررسی توانایی اندام‌های هوایی شبدر ایرانی و برسیم در کنترل جوانه‌زنی بذر علف‌های هرز پیچک، تاج‌خروس، چاودار و خردل وحشی، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. در این آزمایش، بخش هوایی دو گونه شبدر در مرحله گلدهی جمع‌آوری و خشک شد. از ماده خشک بدست‌آمده، دو نوع عصاره آبی (با آب مقطر) و آلی (با متانول) تهیه و سپس از هر نوع عصاره سه غلظت 3/33 گرم در لیتر (غلظت کامل یا 100 درصد)، 7/16 گرم در لیتر (50 درصد غلظت کامل) و 3/8 گرم در لیتر (25 درصد غلظت کامل) تهیه شد و آب مقطر نیز به عنوان شاهد (غلظت صفر عصاره) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بذر علف‌های هرز مذکور در ظروف پتری محتوی این عصاره‌ها قرار گرفتند و پس از دو هفته درصد جوانه‌زنی آن‌ها تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت عصاره‌های آبی و آلی، درصد جوانه‌زنی بذر علف‌های هرز کاهش یافت. بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی عصاره‌های آبی و آلی شبدر ایرانی و برسیم بر جوانه‌زنی بذر خردل وحشی مشاهده شد و جوانه‌زنی بذر پیچک کمتر از سایر علف‌های هرز تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت. عصاره آلی در مقایسه با عصاره آبی اثرات بازدارندگی بیشتری بر جوانه‌زنی بذر علف‌های هرز داشت. همچنین شبدر ایرانی در مقایسه با شبدر برسیم، بازدارنده قوی‌تر جوانه‌زنی بذر علف‌های هرز بود. بنابراین، بنظر می‌رسد که مقدار آللوکمیکال‌های این دو گونه شبدر، با یکدیگر تفاوت قابل توجهی داشته و پیچک در مقایسه با سه گونه دیگر، نسبت به آللوکمیکال‌های این دو گونه شبدر مقاومت بیشتری دارد. | ||

| In order to determine if Berseem and Persian clovers contained water -and methanol-soluble allelochemicals that affect seed germination of Amaranthus retroflexus, Convolvulus arvensis, Secale cereale and Sinapis arvensis, an experiment was conducted.Aboveground tissues of the clovers was collected and dried. Three concentrations of aqueous and methanolic extracts were used: full-concentration (33.3 g/L), half-concentration (16.7 g/L), and quarter-concentration (8.3 g/L). The weed seeds were placed in petri dishes that contained 8 ml of the legume extracts, or distilled water (control). Percent germination was taken after two weeks. In general, seed germination declined progressively with increasing concentrations of both clover extracts. Wild mustard exhibited the greatest sensitivity to both the extracts. Compared with aqueous extracts, methanolic extracts caused more inhibition in seed germination. Compared with Persian clover, berseem clover was stronger inhibitor of seed germination. Therefore, the contents of allelochemicals in these clovers species seems to be different. It seems that field bindweed had probably more tolerance to these allelochemicals. | ||
