چکیده
تغییرات فصلی و تراکم جمعیت شته‌‌های بالدار ناقل بیماری‌‌های ویروسی سیب‌زمینی
طی سال‌‌های 1379- 1377 در چهار منطقة استان همدان شامل شهرستان‌‌های همدان،
کبودرآهنگ، قهاوند و اسدآباد با استفاده از تله‌‌های زرد رنگ محتوی آب در طول فصل
رشد سیب‌زمینی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این بررسی‌‌ها چهار گونه شته از خانوادة Aphididae و یک گونه از خانوادة Drepanosiphidae از مزارع تولید بذر سیب‌زمینی جمع‌آوری و شناسایی شدند. در بین گونه‌‌های ناقل، شتة Therioaphis trifolii forma maculata (Buckton) با
91 - 65 درصد کل جمعیت شته‌‌های بالدار شکار شده در همه مناطق دارای بیشترین فراوانی بوده و به عنوان گونة غالب تعیین شد و سایر گونه‌‌های مهم مانندAcyrthosiphon pisum (Harris), Myzus persicae (Sulzer) Aphis frangullae gossypii (Glover), وMacrosiphum euphorbiae (Thomas) با فراوانی کمتر شکار شدند. در مقایسة مناطق با توجه به اطلاعات بدست آمده، منطقة کبودرآهنگ بدلیل پائین بودن جمعیت شته‌‌های ناقل مهم مانند M. persicae و A. pisum و همچنین کوتاه بودن طول دورة حضور آن‌ها در مزرعه در مقایسه با سایر مناطق به عنوان منطقه مستعدتر جهت تکثیر پایه‌‌های بذری بصورت مقدماتی معرفی شد و منطقه همدان بدلیل بالا بودن تراکم گونه‌‌های ناقل و حضور طولانی‌تر آنان در طول فصل رشد در مزرعه به عنوان منطقة نامناسب و سایر مناطق به عنوان مناطق حد واسط این دو منطقه ارزیابی شدند.

Using water yellow traps, population fluctuation of winged aphids, vector of potatoes viral diseases, has studied in four districts of Hamedan province including Hamedan, Kaboodar ahang, Ghahavand and Assadabad during 1998-2000 period. In this connection, four species belonging to family Aphididae and one species of family Drepanosiphidae
were collected. Among vector species Therioaphis trifolii forma maculata (Buckton) with
65-91% of total collected population tored other species in all above mentioned district.
The other important species, collected in lower number, were Acyrthosiphon pisum (Harris),
Myzus persicae (Sulzer), Macrosiphom euphorbiae (Thomas) and Aphis frangullae gossypii (Glover). Kaboodarahang with lowest population of aphid vectors and shortest period of aphid presence in potato fields considered as the most suitable region and Hamedan district owing to high vector population and longest presence of aphids in fields showed to be the most unsuitable site for basic seed potato production the other two districts are evaluated as intermediary to two above-mentioned regions.
