| مینوز برگ غلات از جمله آفات مهم مزارع گندم و جو در نواحی جنوب، جنوب غربی و غرب کشور به ویژه در مزارع دیم است و با تغذیه از پارانشیم برگ، خسارت کمی و کیفی به محصول وارد می‌سازد. در یک بررسی دو ساله (سال‌های زراعی 79-1378 و 83-1382)، سطح زیان اقتصادی آفت در شرایط مزرعه به صورت کارت گذاری و ثبت تراکم جمعیت لاروهای آفت روی کارت‌ها همراه با اندازه‌گیری وزن محصول، وزن مادة خشک و محاسبه شاخص برداشت و نیز محاسبه معادلات و رسم منحنی‌های رگرسیونی مربوطه انجام شد. در سال زراعی 79 - 1378 کارت گذاری روی بوته‌ها در مرحله 4 - 3 برگی گندم و نیز شمارش و ثبت تعداد لاروهای سن یک به ازای هر بوته روی کارت‌ها در شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه انجام گردید و در زمان برداشت، وزن دانه، وزن ماده خشک و شاخص برداشت تمام تک بوته‌ها جداگانه اندازه‌گیری و محاسبه شدند و مشخص شد که بین تعداد لارو سن یک به ازای هر بوته و وزن محصول دانه در زمان برداشت رابطه رگرسیونی Y= (0.922 - 0.15 ln (X))2، با شیب منفی برقرار است (ln = لگاریتم نپرین، X = تعداد لارو سن یک به ازای هر بوته در مرحلة 4-3 برگی گندم، Y= پیش‌بینی عملکرد دانه به ازای هر بوته)، بنابراین با توجه به هزینه‌های کنترل شیمیایی (قیمت سم و مخارج سم‌پاشی، پیش‌بینی کاهش عملکرد بر اساس تعداد لارو به ازای هر بوته و قیمت فروش محصول، سطح زیان اقتصادی آفت محاسبه گردید، بطوریکه در سال زراعی 79 - 1378 و در مزارع دیم در تراکم‌های 100، 150 و 170 بوته بر مترمربع و در مرحله 4-3 برگی گندم، به ترتیب آلودگی‌های 4، 9 و 9 لارو به ازای یک بوته (400، 1350 و 1530 لارو بر مترمربع) به بالا و در سال زراعی 83-1382 با تراکم‌های 100، 150 و 170 بوته بر مترمربع به ترتیب آلودگی‌های 4، 8 و 10 لارو به ازای هر بوته (400، 1200 و 1700 لارو بر مترمربع به بالا را می‌توان به عنوان سطح زیان اقتصادی (EIL) تلقی نمود که از لحاظ اقتصادی، اعمال کنترل شیمیایی را توجیه می‌نماید. | ||

| Cereal leaf miner is one of the most important insect pests in Southern, Eastern and Southeastern parts of Iran. It cause quantitative and qualitative losses to cereal yield via feeding on leaf tissues. In a two year (2000-2001 and 2003-2004) study, using cards to estimate population density, economic injury level of this insect pest was determined. The results showed that there was a regressive relationship between the number of 1st instar larvae per plant and the grain yield weight at harvest time. The regression equation was constructed as follow: Y= (0.922 - 0.15Ln (X))2 where Ln= natural Logarithm, x= No. of 1st instar larvae per plant at 3-4 leave stage and Y= yield estimate for each plant. Thus based on costs of chemical control, yield reduction estimation and yield price the EIL in dry farming at plant densities of 100, 150 and 170 plants per m2 estimated as 4, 9 and 9 larvae per plant (400, 1350 and 1530 larvae per m2) in 2000-2001 and in 2003-2004 at plant densities of 100, 150 and 170 the EIL, showed to be 4, 8, and 10 larvae per plant (400, 1200 and 1700 larvae per m2) respectively. | ||
