| آلودگی‌های انگلی نماتودها در شیردان گوسفند دارای اهمیت اقتصادی در سراسر جهان و ایران است. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تغییرات آسیب‌شناسی بافت شیردان در گوسفندان با آلودگی طبیعی به مراحل نوزادی و بالغ نماتودها بود. به این منظور تعداد 240 عدد شیردان گوسفندان کشتار شده در کشتارگاه صنعتی استان ایلام (1397-1398) جهت بررسی هر گونه ضایعه بافتی ماکروسکوپی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده جمع‌آوری شدند. نماتودها از مخاط شیردان جدا گردیدند و بر اساس مشخصات ریخت‌شناسی شناسایی شدند. از هر شیردان قطعه‌ای به ابعاد 1×2×2 سانتی‌متر مکعب برای مطالعه ریزبینی و ضایعات بافتی تهیه شد و در فرمالین 10% ثابت گردید. پس از تهیه مقاطع بافتی به ضخامت 6 میکرون بوسیله میکروتوم به روش هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین رنگ‌آمیزی و با میکروسکوپ نوری ارزیابی آسیب‌شناسی شدند. تعداد 160 شیردان (7/66%) آلوده به گونه‌های Marshallagia marshalli (65/43%)، Marshallagia occidentalis (5/2%)، Ostertagia circumcincta (5/15%)، Haemonchus contortus (04/0%) و Parabronema skrjabini (5%) بودند. در مطالعه آسیب‌شناسی مخاط شیردان، با از بین رفتن سلول‌های پاریتال و جایگزین شدن آن‌ها توسط سلول‌های موکوسی؛ دچار هیپرپلازی و طویل شدن غدد و نیز افزایش ضخامت مخاط شده بود. نفوذ تعداد قابل توجهی از سلول‌های التهابی با غلبه سلول‌های تک‌هسته‌ای به همراه ائوزینوفیل‌ها در بافت همبند پارین مخاط و اطراف غدد حاوی مقاطعی از نوزاد نماتودها بیانگر بروز گاستریت هیپرتروفیک مزمن بود. با توجه به یافته‌های آسیب‌شناسی آلودگی کرمی بافت شیردان با نماتودها در گوسفندان منطقه، مطالعات تکمیلی به منظور شناسایی و کاهش ضایعات شیردانی و خسارات اقتصادی توصیه می‌گردد. | ||

| Nematodes infections in sheep abomasum are the importance of economic and public health throughout the world and Iran. The current study was aimed to study histopathologic changes due to larvae and adult stages of nematodes in abomasum of naturally infected Kurdish sheep. For this purpose, a total numbers of 240 abomasa of slaughtered sheep from Ilam industrial slaughterhouse (2018-2019) were randomly collected for gross lesions and microscopic observations. Nematodes were removed and identified based on morphological characteristics. For histologic observations, a cube piece of each abomasum tissue (1 × 2 × 2 cm3) were prepared and fixed in 10% buffered formalin. Then sections (6 μm) were prepared using microtome and stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) to observe histologically by using light microscope. Of all examined abomasa, 66.7% (160/240) were infected with five species of adult nematodes including Marshallagia marshalli (43.65%), Ostertagia circumcincta (15.5%), Parabronema skrjabini (5%), M. occidentalis (2.5%), and Haemonchus contortus (0.04%). Histologically, there was hyperplasia and thickness of the mucosa and elongation of nodes with loss of parietal cells and replacement of mucous secreting cells. The severe infiltration of inflammatory cells, particularly Eosinophiles in parin connective tissue of mucosa and around the abomasal nodes as well as a few larvae sections elucidated chronic hypertrophic gastritis. From the results of histologic changes due to helminths infection in abomasa of examined sheep, it was concluded further studies are necessary to identify and decrease economic losses in the region. | ||
