چکیده
کرم لیگولا اینتستینالیس عامل بیماری لیگولوز است. این بیماری شایع‌ترین عفونت انگلی ماهیان آب شیرین در اکثر نقاط جهان بوده و باعث ایجاد زیان‌های اقتصادی فراوانی از جمله، کاهش وزن، کاهش باروری و مرگ و میر در بچه ماهیان می‌شود. بنابراین شناخت و کنترل آن برای مدیریت استخرهای پرورشی و مزارع ماهی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. کرم بالغ لیگولا اینتستینالیس در روده باریک پرندگان ماهی‌خوار و مرحله نوزادی این کرم (پلروسرکوئید) در محوطه شکمی ماهیان یافت می‌شود. هدف از انجام این بررسی، تشخیص آلودگی انگل لیگولا اینتستینالیس، ماهی سفید رودخانه‌ای، در سد البرز، استان مازندران می‌باشد. برای این منظور، در شهریور 1396 به صورت تصادفی، 60 ماهی از گونه مورد نظر صید؛ و جهت بررسی مورفومتریک و انگل به آزمایشگاه ارجاع داده شدند. نتایج بررسی نشان داد که تمام ماهیان صید شده آلوده بودند. از آنجائی‌که پلروسرکوئید لیگولا اینتستینالیس می‌تواند باعث کاهش و یا عدم باروری در ماهیان جوان شود، لزوم بررسی راهکارهای مقابله با این انگل ضروری است.

چکیده [English]
Ligula intestinalis worm is the cause of ligolosis. It is the most common parasitic infection of freshwater fish in most parts of the world and causes many economic losses including weight loss, fertility decline and mortality in baby fish. Therefore, taking measures to diagnose and control it become very important, in breeding pools and fish farms management. The adult Ligula intestinalis worm can be found in the small intestine of the angry birds and the larva stage of the worm (plerocercoid) in the abdominal cavity of fish. The aim of this study was to detect Ligula intestinalis parasitic infection in river whitefish in Alborz dam, Mazandaran Province. To this end, in September 2016, 60 fish of the species were captured randomly and referred to the laboratory for morphometric and parasitic examination. The results showed that all fish caught were infected. Since Ligula intestinalis plerocercoid can reduce or not fertilize young fish, it is essential. to consider strategies to combat this parasite.
