چکیده
اختلال در تعادل مایعات بدن موجب بروز مشکلات و بیماری‌های متعددی از جمله آسیت در طیور می‌شود. بنابراین شناسایی مکانیسم‌های درگیر در کنترل اخذ آب می تواند در درک بهتر پاتوفیزیولوژی بیماریهای مرتبط کمک کننده باشد. نوروپپتید وای یکی از نوروپپتیدهای درگیر در کنترل مرکزی اخذ آب است. در هنگام محرومیت از آب، سنتز mRNA این نوروپپتید در هیپوتالاموس افزایش می‌یابد. بنابراین، این مطالعه به بررسی نقش گیرنده‌های NPY1 و NPY2 در کنترل مرکزی اخذ آب می‌پردازد. در این مطالعه دو سری آزمایش انجام شده است. در آزمایش اول و دوم جوجه‌ خروس‌های گوشتی نژاد راس به‌ترتیب 10 میکرولیتر اوانس بلو، 5/2، 5، 10 و 20 میکروگرم از B5063 و SF22 (آنتاگونیست‌های گیرنده‌های NPY) را با تزریق داخل بطن مغزی دریافت کردند. سپس اخذ آب تجمعی آن‌ها در زمان‌های 90 و 180 دقیقه پس از تزریق اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان دادند که تزریق داخل بطن مغزی B5063 (gμ 20 و 10، 5، 5/2) باعث کاهش اخذ آب تجمعی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است (05/0<P)، درحالیکه هیچ‌یک از دوزهای SF22 اثری روی اخذ آب تجمعی در زمان‌های بررسی شده در مقایسه با گروه کنترل نگذاشته اند (05/0>P). نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان دادند که اثر NPY درونزاد بر اخذ آب ممکن است از طریق گیرنده‌ NPY1 صورت بگیرد.

Imbalance of body fluids can cause numerous problems and diseases including ascites in poultry. Therefore, identifying the mechanisms involved in controlling water intake can help to better understand the pathophysiology of related diseases. NPY is one of the neuropeptides involved in central control of water intake. When deprived of water, the mRNA synthesis of this neuropeptide increases in the hypothalamus. So, this study examines the role of NPY1 and NPY2 receptors in central control of water intake. Two series of experiments were conducted in this study. In the first and second experiments, male broiler chickens respectively received 10 μl of Evans Blue, 20 μg, 10 μg, 5 μg and 2.5 μg of B5063 and SF22 (receptors antagonists NPY) by ICV injection. Then cumulative water intake was measured at 90 and 180 minutes after injection. The results showed that ICV injection of B5063 (20, 10, 5 and 2.5 μg) resulted in reduction in water intake compared with the control group (p < 0.05), while none of the SF22 doses had an effect on cumulative water intake compared to the control group (P>0.05). The results of these experiments showed that the effect of NPY on water intake may be conducted through NPY1 receptor.
