چکیده
بیماری لکه برگی پنبه ناشی از Alternaria alternata یکی از عمومی‌ترین و شایع‌ترین  بیماری‌های مهم در مناطق پنبه‌خیز می‌باشد. کاشت ارقام متحمل به این بیماری یکی از اقتصادی‌ترین روش‌های کنترل بیماری به شمار می‌رود. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی واکنش ارقام پنبه در مقابل قارچ عامل بیماری انجام شد. در این تحقیق ابتدا قارچ عامل بیماری در مرحله گیاهچه از مزارع پنبه استان گلستان جداسازی و خالص گردید و سپس با استفاده از داده‌های مرفولوژیکی شناسایی شد. تائید گونه جنس آلترناریا با استفاده از داده‌های توالی نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه ITS-rDNA و توالی‌یابی بخشی از ژن Endo pg انجام شد. بر این اساس جدایه 2  Kbبا قارچ A. alternata در یک گروه قرار گرفت. سپس مقاومت نسبی هفت رقم پنبه شامل: سپید،گلستان، ارمغان، ب- 557، ساحل، بختگان، ترموس- 14 در شرایط گلخانه و مرحله گیاهچه نسبت به جدایه 2Kb A. alternata در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار سنجیده شد. نتایج بررسی نشان داد با اینکه ارقام مختلف واکنش‌های متفاوتی در مقابل بیماری دارند، اما بطور کلی تمام ارقام در مقابل عامل بیماری‌زا آسیب‌پذیر بودند. از نظر شدت بیماری لکه برگی آلترناریایی رقم ترموس14 بیشترین شدت بیماری و ارقام ب- 557 و بختگان دارای کم‌ترین شدت بیماری بودند بعبارتی این دو رقم، ارقام متحمل به این بیماری در مرحله گیاهچه معرفی گردیدند.

چکیده [English]
Cotton leaf spot disease caused by Alternaria alternata is one of the most common and important diseases in the cotton growth areas. The use of tolerant cultivars is one of the most economic means for the disease control. This study was conducted to evaluate the response of cotton cultivars against the fungus.In this research the fungus were isolated in seedling stage and purified in seedling stage from the cotton fields of Golestan province. and then fungus was detected using morphological data. Confirmed Alternaria species was performed using nucleotide sequence data of ITS – rDNA region and sequencing of the part of endo poly galacturonase gene. Accordingly, isolated Kb2 isolate with fungus
