بررسی نگرش کشاورزان شهرستان دیواندره نسبت به مدیریت پایدار خاک

چکیده
هدف کلی این تحقیق، بررسی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر نگرش کشاورزان نسبت به مدیریت پایدار خاک کشاورزی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه‏ کشاورزان شهرستان دیواندره بود (N=7931). با استفاده از فرمول نمونه‏گیری کوکران تعداد 126 نفر از آن‏ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که برای اعتبار بیش‏تر یافته‏ها تعداد 165 پرسشنامه با روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی طبقه‏ای با انتساب متناسب توزیع شد که در نهایت تعداد 150 پرسشنامه تکمیل گردید و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزار اصلی تحقیق پرسشنامه‏ای بود که روایی آن توسط پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد (α>0.7). تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها به‏وسیله نرم‏افزار SPSSwin18 انجام شد. نتایج مقایسه میانگین‏ها نشان داد که بین نگرش کشاورزان مورد مطالعه براساس شرکت در کلاس‏های آموزشی و ترویجی و داشتن شغلی غیر از کشاورزی تفاوت معنی‏داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل همبستگی نشان داد که بین متغیرهای، میزان درآمد، سابقه‏کار زراعی، مقدار زمین‏های کشاورزی، میزان سواد، میزان استفاده از رسانه‏های ارتباطی، میزان نگرانی از مسایل زیست محیطی، میزان انگیزه جهت شرکت در طرح‏های حفاظت از محیط زیست، استفاده از نشریات آموزشی- ترویجی در زمینه کشاورزی و دانش مدیریت خاک با میزان نگرش کشاورزان رابطه مثبت و با متغیر تعداد قطعات اراضی رابطه منفی و معنی‏داری دارد. همچنین، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سه متغیر، میزان درآمد، دانش و میزان استفاده از رسا‏نه‏های ارتباطی قادرند 7/67 درصد از تغییرات واریانس متغیر وابسته نگرش کشاورزان نسبت به مدیریت پایدار خاک کشاورزی را تبیین نمایند.

The present study aims to investigate the factors affecting farmer attitudes toward sustainable soil management. The statistical population (N=7931) included all the farmers in Divandarreh Township, Kurdistan Province, Iran. Using Cochran's sampling formula, the sample size was estimated at 126 and the respondents were selected using the stratified random sampling method. To enhance the reliability of research findings, 165 questionnaires were administered among the farmers, out of which 150 were ultimately completed for analysis by SPSS software. The questionnaire was used as the main research instrument whose validity was confirmed by a panel of experts and its reliability was established by calculating Chronbach's Alpha Coefficient (α>0.7). Results of means comparisons showed significant differences in farmers' attitudes based on the two variables of participation in extension and training courses and holding non-farm occupations. Results of correlation analysis showed that farmer attitude was positively and significantly correlated with the respondents’ income level, previous farm work experience, farm size, level of education, access to mass media, concern for environmental issues, level of motivation for participating in environmental protection projects, and exposure to education-extension journals in the fields of agriculture and soil management but negatively and significantly correlated with number of land parcels owned. Also, the results of regression analysis showed that the three variables of income level, education level, and access to mass media explained 67.7% of the variance in the dependent variable (i.e., farmer attitude to sustainable soil management).
