| در پژوهش حاضر، اثرات زیرکشندگی (LC30) قارچ بیمارگر Metarhizium anisopliae روی شته Aphis gossypiiدر سه دمای ثابت 20، 25 و 1±30 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و دوره روشنایی 16 ساعت با استفاده از روش تجزیه جدول زندگی دو جنسی ویژه سن مرحله زیستی مطالعه شد. کمترین طول دوره زیستی مراحل نابالغ این آفت در دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس 37/4 روز، بیش‌ترین طول عمر ماده‌های بالغ نیز در همین دما 73/16 روزبود. باروری کل افراد تیمار شده با غلظت زیرکشنده قارچ M. anisopliae نیز در دماهای مختلف مورد مطالعه از نظر آماری متفاوت بود و کمترین میزان این پارامتر در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس 60/3 پوره بود. پارامترهای رشد جمعیت نتاج افراد تیمار شده نیز تحت تأثیر دماهای مختلف مطالعه شد. در دمای 30 درجه سلسیوس، به‌دلیل بالاتر بودن نرخ مرگ نسبت به تولد، مقدار نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (r) برابر با 091/0- (بر روز) بود. مقادیر محاسبه شده نرخ خالص تولید مثل (R0) نیز در دو دمای 20 و 30 درجه سلسیوس به‌ترتیب 46/5 و 47/0 نتاج/فرد بود که بهصورت معنیداری کمتر از دمای 25 درجه سلسیوس،29/66 نتاج/فرد بود. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که دماهای 20 و 30 درجه سلسیوس قدرت بیماری‌زایی قارچ بیمارگر M. anisopliae روی شته جالیز را بهصورت معنیداری تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر تأثیر بهسزایی در افزایش کارایی بیولوژیک بیمارگر میکروبی M. anisopliae در برنامههای مدیریتی آفات مختلف خواهد داشت. | ||

| In the present study, sublethal effects of Metarhizium anisopliae (LC30)on Aphis gossypii were evaluated at three constant temperatures of 20, 25 and 30 ºC, relative humidity of 65 ± 5% and a light period of 16h. Data analysis was performed using Age-stage two sex life table procedure. The lowest duration of immature stages for A. gossypii was estimated at 25 ºC (4.37 day). The highest recorded value for female longevity was also recorded at this temperature (16.73 day). Different temperatures had significant effects on total fecundity of treated individuals with sublethal concentration of M. anisopliae and the lowest recorded value for this parameter was obtained at 30 ºC (3.60 nymph). Furthermore, sublethal effects of M. anisopliae on population growth parameters of offspring from treated individuals were also significantly different at temperatures tested. Since the recorded value of birth rate was dramatically lower than death ones at 30 ºC, the estimated value for intrinsic rate of increase (r) showed a negative value (-0.091 day-1) at this temperature. The estimated values of net reproductive rate (R0) at 20 and 30 ºC (5.46 and 0.47 offspring/individual, respectively) were significantly lower than recorded value for this parameter at 25 ºC (66.29 offspring/individual). The results obtained revealed that temperatures of 20 and 30 ºC significantly affect pathogenecity of M. anisopliae to A. gossypii. Our findings could increase the efficiency of M. anisopliae in management programs of different pests.
