| بررسی تغییرات پوشش‌گیاهی در سایت چرا شده توسط دام اهلی و مقایسه با عرصه تحت چرای حیات وحش می‌تواند یکی از عملی‌ترین روش‌های بررسی، به منظور شناخت صحیح روابط متقابل اجزاء اکوسیستم، ارزیابی مدیریت اعمال شده و ترسیم راهکارهای مدیریت صحیح برای آینده باشد. بنابراین، تحقیق حاضر به منظور مقایسه پارامترهای پوشش‌گیاهی در دو سایت مورد چرای دام‌های اهلی (گوسفند نژاد مغانی و بز نژاد خلخالی) و حیات وحش (کل و بز کوهی)، در مراتع شاه حیدر منطقه ارسباران در شهرستان کلیبر صورت گرفت. پس از تعیین توده معرف، در هر دو سایت نمونه‌برداری از پارامترهای پوشش‌گیاهی با استفاده از روش تصادفی-سیستماتیک انجام گرفت. در داخل هر توده معرف، پنج ترانسکت یکصد متری مستقر و تعداد 10 پلات دو متر مربعی بر روی هر ترانسکت و در مجموع 100 پلات در هر دو مکان بکار برده شد. در داخل هر پلات و در امتداد هر ترانسکت، درصد پوشش تاجی، تراکم و مقدار تولید گونه‌های مورد چرای دام، اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که درصد پوشش تاجی، تراکم و مقدار تولید گونه‌ها در سایت چرای حیات وحش به دلیل چرای سبک نسبت به سایت چرای دام اهلی بیشتر بود و از نظر آماری اختلاف معنی‌داری با هم داشتند. ضمن اینکه دام‌های اهلی به دلیل همراهی چوپان به صورت محدود و بسته چرا کرده اما حیات وحش در منطقه حفاظت شده به صورت کاملاً آزاد چرا می‌کنند. از طرفی حیات وحش به دلیل چالاکی و حرکت بیشتر، قدرت انتخاب‌کنندگی بیشتر و دامنه چرایی وسیع‌تری در مقایسه با دام‌های اهلی دارند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که درصد پوشش تاجی، تراکم و مقدار تولید فورب‌ها نسبت به بوته‌ای ها، در سایت چرای دام اهلی کمتر است و این امر بدلیل تمرکز چرای گوسفند بر روی فورب‌ها (عموما گیاهان خانواده بقولات) می‌باشد. | ||

| The present study was conducted to compare the parameters of vegetation in two sites grazed by livestock and wildlife (whole and goat) in Arasbaran rangelands of East Azarbaijan. After determining the key vegetation type, sampling of vegetation parameters was carried out on both sites using a systematic random sampling. Within each region, five transects of 100 m were established and ten plots of two square meters were systematically sampled on each transect. In each plot, along with each transect, the palatability class of the existing species, vegetative form, cover percentage, density, and production were measured. Results showed that canopy cover percentage, density and production were higher in wild life grazing site than in livestock grazing site and were statistically significant. On the other hand, because of their agility and mobility, wildlife has greater selectivity and a wider range of grazing than livestock. The results also showed that the canopy cover percentage, density and amount of forbs production were lower in the livestock grazing site as compared with the shrubs, due to the concentration of sheep grazing on forbs (generally legume family plants). | ||
