| هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت روستاییان در اجرای طرح‌های جامع مقابله با بیابان در استان‌های دارای اقلیم خشک و بیابانی بوده است. بدین منظور تعدادی از روستاییان بدون دخالت مرز سیاسی صرفاً از جنبه اقلیمی (در معرض خشکسالی شدید) با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان جامعه نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر اساتید و کارشناسان امر مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی آن نیز از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 75/0 به دست آمد. داده‌ها با نرم افزارSPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جامعه هدف از سطوح آموزشی و درآمدی پایینی برخوردار بوده است. همچنین افراد هدف به میزان بسیار کم در دوره‌های آموزشی شرکت می‌کنند. ضریب همبستگی برآوردی میان متغیرهای مستقل عوامل روانشناختی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، آموزشی، قانونی و متغیر وابسته مشارکت نیز نشان داد که ارتباط معنی‌داری در سطح 01/0 بین عوامل مذکور با میزان علاقه و مشارکت جوامع روستایی در اجرای طرح‌های بیابان‌زدایی وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل سلسله مراتبی جهت تعیین اولویت عوامل راهبردی مؤثر بر اجرای طرح در مناطق روستایی با اقلیم خشک نیز نشان داد که عامل اقتصادی و سطح رفاهی در این مناطق با ضریب نسبی درجه اهمیت 5/0 جزء مهمترین عوامل بوده است. نرخ ناسازگاری کل در مقایسه دو زوجی برابر 01/0 (قابل قبول) و دیگر عوامل به ترتیب عامل روانشناختی، فرهنگی، آموزشی و قانونی در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار خواهند گرفت. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون و مدل ارائه شده نیز نشان داد که عوامل فرهنگی و اقتصادی، بخشی از مهمترین عوامل بوده‌اند و 66 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین نموده‌اند. همچنین همبستگی معنی‌داری میان عواملی چون جنسیت، سن و تأهل با متغیر وابسته وجود نداشته است. عامل اقتصاد و فرهنگ به‌عنوان چالش اصلی روستاییان در اجرای طرح‌های بیابان زدایی شناخته شد. | ||

| The main purpose of this study was to analyze the effective factors on farmers' participation in combating desertification plans in Iran. Thus, a number of farmers as a sample population were selected using Cochran’s formula and multi-stages sampling for selecting samples was done. A questionnaire was used to collect data whose validity was confirmed by advisor and supervisor professors and some experts of desert organization. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by computing Cronbach's alpha that was more than 0.75. Data were analyzed using SPSS and Expert choice 11 software and results showed that the population of the study had low literacy and income. They also had participated very few in education courses, whereas it was observed a significant positive relationship between variables such as literacy, income, and participation in education courses with the participation variable. Also, the correlation relationship between independent factors such as psychological, cultural, economic, education/extension and institution factors with the dependent variable of participation variable showed that except psychological factor, all of those factors had a significant relationship (sig level of 0.01) with participation variable. The results of the regression analysis also revealed that social/cultural and economic factors were the most important factors on the participation variable and explained 66% of participation changes. The model output indicated that rural communities showed significant interest in the city. | ||
