| بروز دماهای زیر صفر در زمستان‌های اخیر در استان خوزستان، موجب سرمازدگی درختان دست‌کاشت کهور پاکستانی (Prosopisjuliflora) در ماسه‌زارها شده است. به‌منظور بررسی حساسیت به سرمازدگی در این گونه از طریق تعیین دماهای زیر صفر و زمان‌های بحرانی، از جنبه‌های فیزیولوژیکی در سال 1391 یک پژوهش اجرا شد. در این تحقیق از یک طرح آماری اسپلیت اسپیلت پلات در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تکرار استفاده شد. به‌طوری‌که به‌منظور اعمال تیمارها از سرشاخه‌های درختان مسن و نهال‌های دوساله به‌عنوان تیمار اصلی و دماهای زیر صفر (1-، 3-، 5- و 7- درجه سانتی‌گراد) به‌عنوان تیمار فرعی اول و زمان‌های اعمال سرما (1، 2، 3 و 4 ساعت) به‌عنوان تیمار فرعی دوم در نظر گرفته شدند. پس از سرمادهی میزان نشت الکترولیت‌ها از غشاء سلول‌های برگ و ساقه اندازه‌گیری و بر این اساس LT50محاسبه و میزان فلورسانس‌کلروفیل (ӀӀ) و کارایی فتوسنتز برگ‌ها به‌عنوان شاخص‌هایی برای تعیین خسارت سرمازدگی اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین سرشاخه‌های درختان چند‌ساله و نهال‌های دوساله از نظر کلیه صفات تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. درصد نشت الکترولیت‌های با کاهش دما در حد معنی‌داری از برگ و ساقه افزایش یافت. LT50 در دمای 5- درجه سانتی‌گراد پس از سه ساعت اتفاق افتاد و در دمای 7- درجه پس از اولین ساعت در برگ‌ها و در ساقه‌ها در ساعت سوم اتفاق افتاد. حداکثر عملکرد کوانتمی فتوسیستم (ӀӀ)، با کاهش دمای زیر صفر و تداوم آن روند کاهشی معنی‌داری داشت. برگ‌های این گیاه تا دو ساعت دمای 1- درجه سانتی‌گراد را بدون تغییر معنی‌داری در عملکرد کوانتمی تحمل نمودند اما با تداوم دمای 1- درجه سانتی‌گراد تا سه ساعت این مقدار از 64/0 (در شاهد) به حدود 48/0 رسید و اعمال چهار ساعت دمای 7- درجه مقدار این شاخص را به 15/0 رساند. | ||

| The occurrence of below-zero temperatures in recent winters in Khuzestan province has caused the freezing of Prosopis juliflora trees. The aim of this study was to determine the sensitivity of this species to freezing under zero temperatures. In this study, a split split plot was used in a completely randomized design with six replications. In order to apply the treatments, the branches of elderly trees and two-year old seedlings were considered as main treatment; below-zero temperatures (-1-, -3, -5 and 7 ° C) as the first sub treatment; and different times (1, 2, 3 and 4 hours) as the second sub-treatment. The amount of electrolyte leakage from the membrane of leaf and stem cells was measured and, based on this, LT50 was calculated. The chlorophyll (II) fluorescence and photosynthesis efficiency of the leaves were measured as indicators for determining the damage to frost. The results showed that there was no significant difference for all traits between branches of the old trees and two-year-old seedlings. The percentage of electrolyte leakage from leaf and stem increased significantly with decreasing temperature. The LT50 occurred at -5 ° C after three hours. At -7 ° C, after the first hour, LT50 occurred in the leaves and after the third hour in the stems. After freezing stress, the Fv/Fm decreased significantly. After two hours at -1°C, Fv/Fm did not change significantly but in three hours Fv/Fm decreased from 0.64 (in control) to about 0.48. It reached to 0.15 after applying four hours at -7°C. | ||
