| بسیاری از تاکداران مناطق سرد ایران برای حفاظت تاک در مقابل خسارت سرمای پاییز، زمستان و اوایل بهار، تاک های تربیت یافته در سیستم خزنده را در فصل پاییز زیر خاک می‌نمایند. در اوایل اردیبهشت بوته‌ها را از خاک خارج می‌کنند و هرس را تا زمان پدیدار شدن ساختار گل و تا اواخر اردیبهشت و اوایل خرداد به تعویق می‌اندازند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی بهترین زمان خارج‌سازی تاک‌ها ازخاک، زمان و شدت هرس بعد از مواجه شدن تاک‌ها با سرمای بهاره برای کاهش خسارت سرمازدگی بود. دو آزمایش در باغ مادری انگور رقم بیدانه سفید در دو سال (1394 و 1395) در تاکستان‌های شهرجاورسیان از توابع استان مرکزی به انجام رسید. آزمایش اول در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تیمار و شش تکرار و تیمارها شامل::T1 خارج‌سازی تاک‌ها در 25 اسفند، T2: خارج‌سازی تاک‌ها در 15 فروردین و T3: خارج‌سازی تاک‌ها در چهارم اردیبهشت (شاهد) بود. آزمایش دوم در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با 10 تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شدو هر تیمار ترکیبی از مؤلفه‌های زمان هرس (29 اسفند، 19 فروردین و 8 اردیبهشت) و شدت هرس بر اساس تعداد جوانه‌ها (چهار، شش و هشت جوانه) بود. در هر دو سال آزمایش، تاک‌ها با سرمازدگی طبیعی از نوع تشعشی مواجه شدند. در آزمایش اول، تیمارT1 با کمترین درصد جوانه سبز شده (65 درصد)، بیشترین درصد خسارت سرمازدگی طبیعی را داشت و از اواسط فروردین به بعد، بهترین زمان خارج‌سازی بوته‌ها از خاک تشخیص داده شد. در آزمایش دوم، تعداد خوشه در جوانه‌های سبز شده (ضریب باردهی) در هرس‌های کوتاه (تیمارهای T2L1 وT3L1 به ترتیب با مقادیر 5/50 و 9/48 درصد) با تفاوت معنی‌دار نسبت به هرس‌های بلند (تیمارهای T1L3 وT2L3به ترتیب با 7/30 و 4/28 درصد) داشتند. از سوی دیگر تیمار T3L1با 6/24 تن در هکتار، بهترین عملکرد میوه را نشان داد. با توجه به این نتایج، در سیستم تربیت خزنده برای دست‌یابی به درصد بالای سبز شدن جوانه، ضریب باردهی و عملکرد مناسب در تولید انگور در شرایطی که بوته‌ها با سرمای تشعشی بهاره مواجه شده باشند، خارج‌سازی تاک‌ها از نیمه دوم فروردین به بعد و انجام هرس در زمان رویش سرآغازه‌های برگ در اوایل اردیبهشت توصیه می‌شود. | ||

| Many vine growers in cold regions of Iran, in the ‘Khazandeh’ vine training system, for protecting vines from freezing in automn and winter, and frost in early spring, bury vines in the autumn and remove soil in mid-April, and postpone pruning until the flower structure appears in the end of May. The aim of this study was to investigate the best time for soil removal of buried vines, timing and severity of pruning of vines following exposure to spring frost to reducing frost damage. Two experiments were carried out in 2015 and 2016 in the cv. ‘Bidaneh Sefid’ vineyard of Javersian, Khondab, Iran. The first experiment was conducted in randomized complete block design with three treatments and six replications. Treatments included: T1: soil removal in 16 March, T2: soil removal 4 April and T3: soil removal in 24 April (control). The second experiment was carried out using randomized complete block design with 10 treatments and three replications. Each treatment was a combination of pruning time (19 March, 7 April and 27 April) and pruning severity based on the number of buds (4, 6 and 8 buds). In both experimentes, the vines experienced spring frost. In the first experiment, the best time for soil removal from buried vines was after 4 April. March 16 with lowest sprouted buds (%65) had the highest frost demage. In the second experiment, the number of cluster per sprouted buds (fertility coefficient) in short prunings (T2L1 and T3L1 with 50.5% and 48.9%, respectively) were significantly higher than the long pruning (T1L3 and T2L3 with 30.7% and 28.4%, respectively). On the other hand, T3L1 with 24.6 tonha-1 had the highest fruit yield. Considering the results of this study in the “Khazandeh” vine training system, when the vines are exposed to spring frost, to obtain a high sprouted buds (%), fertility coefficient and fruit yield, the best time for soil removal from buried vines and pruning is second half of April. | ||
