| با توجه به حساس بودن قوه نامیه گونه‌های جنس درمنه به زمان جمع‌آوری بذرها از پایه‌های مادری به دلیل ریز بودن بذر آنها، این تحقیق با هدف تعیین مناسب‌ترین زمان جمع‌آوری بذرهای توده‌های بومی درمنه دشتی و کوهی در رویشگاه‌های منطقه صالح‌آباد شهرستان بافت انجام شد. پس از انتخاب یک منطقه معرف از هر تیپ گیاهی، زمان مراجعه نمونه‌برداری طی بازه مختلف زمانی هر ١٥ روز یکبار (نیمه اول آبان‌ماه تا نیمه اول دی‌ماه برای درمنه کوهی و نیمه دوم مهرماه تا نیمه دوم آذرماه برای درمنه دشتی) برای جمع‌آوری بذرهای مربوط به دو گونه تنظیم شد. صفات مرتبط با جوانه‌زنی بذر شامل درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه، طول ساقه‌چه و شاخص بنیه بذر هر مرحله زمانی اندازه‌گیری گردید. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده تجزیه واریانس شدند و مقایسه میانگین تیمارها با استفاده از آزمون دانکن انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تأخیر دادن زمان جمع‌آوری بذرهای درمنه دشتی از نیمه اول ماه آبان به نیمه دوم آذر باعث روند افزایشی در صفات درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی، شاخص بنیه بذر و طول گیاهچه با نرخی به‌ترتیب برابر 115، 119، 222 و 49 درصد شد. طبق یافته‌ها جمع‌آوری بذر درمنه کوهی در نیمه اول دی‌ماه در مقایسه با نیمه اول آبان‌ماه باعث افزایش در صفات شاخص بنیه بذر، درصد جوانه‌زنی، سرعت جوانه‌زنی و طول گیاهچه به‌ترتیب با نرخی برابر 588، 336، 736 و61 درصد شد. طبق نتایج، تأخیر در زمان جمع‌آوری بذر در این دو گونه باعث بهبود شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشد گیاهچه گردید. | ||

| This study aimed to determine the best time of seed collection for Artemisia sieberi and Artemisia aucheri in Saleh abad rangelands of Baft County, Kerman province. After selecting a key area, the time of seed collection started from mid-November to end of January for Artemisia aucheri and from mid-October to mid-December for Artemisia sieberi. The seeds were evaluated for germination traits including germination percentage, germination rate, root length, shoot length, and vigor index. The data were analyzed, and the Duncan test was used to compare the mean values of treatments. The results showed that the delay in the time of seed collection of Artemisia sieberi from mid November to mid December caused an increased germination percentage, germination rate, seed vigor, and seedling length as 115, 119, 222, and 49%, respectively. The seeds of Artemisia aucheri collected in the first half of December compared to the first half of November increased seed vigor index, germination percentage, germination rate, and seedling length as 588, 336, 736, and 61%, respectively. Our finding showed that the delay in the time of seed collection in both of these species improved seed germination traits and seedling growth. | ||
