| چکیده | ||
| گیاه اکلیل کوهی Rosmarinus officinalis L. از باغ گیاهشناسی موسسه تحقیقات جنگلها و مراتع جمع آوری وخشک گردید. اسانس گیری از برگ توسط دستگاه تقطیر با آب صورت گرفت. تجزیه کمی و کیفی اسانس توسط دستگاه GC وGC/MS انجام شد. در این بررسی از 20 ترکیب شناسایی شده ترکیبهای Piperitone، α-Pinine و Linalool و 1,8-Cineolبترتیب 23.65، 14.94، 14.89، 7.34 درصد می باشند که بیشترین مقدار از کل را تشکیل می دهند. مقایسه نتایج این تحقیق با گزارشهایی که در رابطه با اسانس این گونه کشورهای مختلف ارائه شده است تفاوت بین میزان اسانس ونوع ترکیبها را در این گونه نشان می دهد. | ||

| Rosmarinus officinalis is a one of the most important medicinal plant which are growing in Iran. In this study, plant collected from Research Institute of Forests and Rangelands on spring 1998. The Essential oils obtained from dry leaves by hydro distillation method. The percentage of oil was 0.88% V/W calculated on the dry weight, then analyzed by capillary GC and GC/MS. Main components were piperitone (23.6%), a-Pinene (14.9%), Linalool (14.89%) and 1,8-Cineole (7.3%). Rosmarinus officinalis is a one of the most important medicinal plant which are growing in Iran.
