| چکیده | ||
| پونه، گیاهی است از تیره نعنا (Lamiaceae) و دارای گونه‌های متفاوت، که ترکیبهای موجود در اسانس آنها بر حسب گونه، منطقه جمع‌آوری، زمان برداشت متغییر است. در این تحقیق گونه پونه سرخ آبادی Mentha longifolia (L.) Hudson var. chlorodictya Rech. f.از دو رویشگاه متفاوت جمع‌آوری و با روش تقطیر با بخار مورد اسانس‌گیری و مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. بازده اسانس در هر مورد در حدود یک درصد می‌باشد. سپس اسانسها با دستگاههای کروماتوگرافی گازی (GC) و کروماتوگرافی گازی متصل به طیف‌سنج‌جرمی (GC/MS) تجزیه شدند. ترکیبهای عمده در نمونه اول شامل: P-menth- 1- en- 9- ol (62.1درصد)، β-caryophyllene (6.3درصد) و Carvacrol (4.8 درصد) و ترکیبهای عمده نمونه دوم شامل: P-menth- 1- en- 9- ol (37.1 درصد)، 1.8- cineole (14.4 درصد)، piperitone (9.7 درصد)، Carvacrol (9.3درصد) و germacrene D (9.1 درصد) می‌باشند. | ||

| Mentha longifolia (L). Hudson is from Lamiaceae family and have different varieties which essential oil content and the other Lamiaceae members seems to be influenced by environmental factors, in present study we select Mentha longifolia (L). Hudson var. Chlorodictya Rech. F. samples collected from two different habitats. The essential oils obtained by steam distillation, The percentage of all two oils were the dry weight and analysed by GC and GC/MS. The major constituents for sample–1 were p-menth–1–en–9–ol (62.1%), β-caryophyllene (6.3%) and carvacrol (4.8%) and for sample–2 were p–menth–1-en–9-ol (36.1%), 1,8–cineole (14.4%), piperitone (9.7%), carvacrol (9.3%) and germacrene D (9.1%). | ||
