| DOR: 98.1000/1735-0891.1397.2.311.52.26.1575.41 بهمنظور شناسایی جمعیت‌های متحمل به بیماری سفیدک سطحی در اسپرس زراعی (Onobrychis viciaefolia)، ده جمعیت با منشأ متفاوت در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی البرز، در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار بهمدت دو سال (1393 و 94) کشت و ارزیابی شدند. جمعیت‌های متحمل بهصورت طبیعی از لحاظ آلودگی به بیماری سفیدک سطحی و سایر پارامترها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که جمعیت‌های 15353 و 3001 و اشنویه و پلی‌کراس با داشتن شاخص شدت بیماری صفر تا 25 درصد بهعنوان متحمل و بقیه جمعیتها با داشتن شاخص شدت بیماری 25 تا 50 درصد و بین 50 تا 100 درصد بهعنوان جمعیت‌های نیمه‌حساس و حساس به سفیدک ارزیابی شدند. جمعیت‌های متحمل از لحاظ ماده خشک قابل هضم و کربوهیدرات‌های محلول در آب دارای میانگین بیشتری نسبت به جمعیت حساس بودند ولی درصد پروتئین خام آنها در حد متوسط بود. جمعیت‌های متحمل به سفیدک (3001، 15353، اشنویه و پلی کراس) بیشترین عملکرد علوفه و عملکرد بذر نسبت به جمعیت‌های حساس را داشتند. در تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی 11 صفت مورد بررسی در 4 مؤلفه با مجموع واریانس توجیه شده 83 درصد قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد مؤلفههای 1 تا 3 شامل مؤلفه عملکرد، مؤلفه کیفیت علوفه و مؤلفه شاخص شدت بیماری محسوب شدند. در تجزیه خوشهای جمعیت‌های 3001، 9263،15353، 4083، اشنویه و پلی‌کراس در خوشه 2 قرار گرفتند که این جمعیتها دارای شاخص شدت بیماری عمدتا متحمل تا نیمه‌متحمل و از لحاظ عملکرد علوفه پرمحصول بودند. | ||

| DOR: 98.1000/1735-0891.1397.2.311.52.26.1575.41 In order to identify tolerated populations of sainfoin to powdery mildew, seeds of ten populations of Onobrychis viciaefolia, originated from different regions of Iran were sown in Alborz research station during 2013. Tolerant and susceptible populations were cultivated in natural condition and evaluated in terms of contamination and other parameters as yield and quality traits. Result showed that two populations of 15353, 3001, Oshnaviaeh and Polycross had disease severity index less than 25% and nominated as tolerant populations. The rest of populations due to disease severity index between 25 to 50% and over than 50% were considered as semi tolerant and susceptible, respectively. The tolerant (15353, 3001, Oshnaviaeh and Polycross) populations had higher forage and seed yield than susceptible populations. They showed also higher values of quality traits (Protein content, water soluble carbohydrate, digestive material and ash content) than susceptible ones. In contrast the susceptible populations had higher crude fiber, ADF and NDF compared with tolerant populations. In principle component analysis (PCA), the first four components accounted for 83% of total variation. The first three components were known as yield, quality traits and disease severity index, respectively. Result of cluster analysis showed that population of 3001, 15353, 9263, 4083 and Oshnaviaeh and Polycross were located in cluster 2 that these popolations have lower mean values of disease severity index and higher forage and seed production. | ||
